Puppies galore! It was so fun watching and cuddling with the puppies, but it was so difficult to pick the perfect one. The puppies were happy and healthy and the play areas were clean. Large selection of pet supplies for dogs, cats and more. Its clear they care about pets and want the best for them.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in and the atmosphere and workers were very nice and seemed to love their jobs! Although short staffed in the front, I was still able to play with puppies and the young woman helping me was very nice and made sure all of the customers enjoyed their time in-store. Love it!

We have going to this Petland for most of our fresh water fish needs for the past 2 years. We have always been greeted at the door and well helped. We recently just purchased our little puppy Ava here. She's an absolute doll. All of the staff was very helpful and excited with us with our new puppy. I love visiting this store for our pet needs.

For everybody that buys "Acana "and "Orijen" dog food beware the "buy 12 and get the 13th bag free"Is a Joke! Today Was a typical dog food run, I went to my local Petland and tried to buy my Acana dog food that I have bought from there for about 2yrs. (since the location opened) (3520 N. MAIZE Rd) I had been waiting patiently for my 13th bag for about two Months I had purchased 27 bags (from year to date) and only received ONE FREE BAG during that time period! The last two months that I had boughten my dog food the answer was ( I needed to buy another one to get my 13th bag free ) It did not make any since to me! So today I had asked to speak to the Owner ( some one that I actually thought would have are side), (we had boughten three dogs from her since they had opened) (thought we had built a loyal relationship). Today it was a whole different story. The Owner had arrived and told me that there was nothing they can do about it, it was the systems fault. The same story I had heard the last two times!I told her that that's what she told me last time. She tells me ( well there is nothing I can do about it! It has happened to other people as well) (and as well I had helped you in the past and that was out of my own money) was that supposed to make me feel comfortable. Well no it didn't! Great way to make a customer feel appreciated after all the business you had received from me! Instead you made me feel 9"inches tall borderline insulting!It's not even about the "free" bag it's about the customer service and if you don't like what people has to say maybe fix your system or don't give any promotions that you can't fulfill!Next time..........OH SORRY THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME!!!!!!!!!(For everyone out there go to a trust worthy Pet Store that actually honors there promotions and maybe you will even get someone that will receive you with a better attitude or smile)

Got a dog, she had kennel cough, cherry eye, and we asked to take her to our vet, when we got her all dogs were about $1000 off. Now they are saying that's more than enough to cover her corrective surgery. Also they let unsupervised children handle the dogs, birds, hamsters, bunnies, I have watched kids throw them when they get bit, it's an abuse of animals. The owner is absent and uncaring. Please consider finding a breeder it will be infinitely cheaper

I got a pet bird from this establishment, they said it was hand raised hand, fed, and should be friendly all around, I see that they were wrong, the bird is so deathly afraid of human beings that it will go to the point of biting off part of my finger just because it hasn't been raised properly and is terrified of people to the way that they treat them there. When I got my first bird, she was scared, but not to the point where she would like some thing off. All it took was a couple months of training, and my first bird was perfectly fine, this bird refuses to move from where she is because she is scared of humans and other birds her feathers are in terrible condition. She has a lot of blood feathers and it looks OK from the surface but we took her in for a check up and she's not doing great, once again, do not buy pets, any pets from this god-awful place

Employees were really rude. They only let us hold 2 dogs then basically kicked us out how are we supposed to pick a dog when we are only able to hold 2. Dogs seemed mistreated by staff. Don't recommend!! the other pet land across town is great but definitely don't go to this one. If I could put 0 stars I would. Also one of the dogs bit two of my kids and they both had an infection the next day. We also waited a long time to hold each dog and the blonde girl seemed very lazy and was super rude. The dogs were fighting definitely not play fighting and the staff did not care. All around terrible.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. Staff very rude and unfriendly . You would think trying to discuss the issue with the owner would be a positive experience but I can see where the staff get their great customer service from. We were looking for information on a puppy but they only deal with serious buyers ?!?! Can't be serious unless you have information . After reading other reviews it would seem this is this owner, staff and business standard of practice to be rude and unhelpful .

Manager is very disrespectful! My siblings and I went in to look for a dog for our mother for her birthday and the manager had kicked us out for our age and for how many of us there were. They claimed that we were going to hurt the dogs, when we really just wanted to find the perfect dog for our family. We have no one older to go with us, so this is gonna make finding a dog for our mother even harder. I would not recommend going here due to the terrible service, manager, and the prices. The manager needs to be fired or this place needs to be closed.

Went into the store to pick up dog treats and one associate was extremely helpful. But the manager on staff was really rude to us. We did come in near the closing time but we were treated very disrespectful by her. Hopefully no one has had the same experience. She seemed to treat her associates the same way she treated us. Just not a good experience from her.
