I live out of state and a relative passed. I ordered flowers ahead of time before the funeral. Pam did an amazing job! They were absolutely beautiful! In the future I will use her many more time to come! She did an amazing job!

Disclaimer! Not sure if this is Pam's fault or large awful online wholesaler Rudy's Florist and gift shop who I placed ordered through. First, the order was "overlooked" for the bouquet I ordered for a friends birthday. I only found this out when I inquired to my friend if she recvd flowers - she did not! They assured me they could deliver them on another day. I called Rudys the next delivery day 4 times to ensure they would be delivered before end of working day. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours before they where delivered 15 minutes before the close of the day! Than I was sent a pic of the bouquet she recvd- it was NOT the bouquet I ordered which was ALL roses and not the hideous carnation catastrophe she recvd! I understand sub's can be made but it did not even closely resemble my choice or what I paid for. This part I blame the florist directly for. If i had not recvd a pic I would have paid a lot of money for a bunch of 1/2 dead carnations! I was given a complete refund but unfort i am a contractor paid by the hour and was forced to take time out of my day to make phone calls - so long story short I paid for this mess anyway!
