I have shopped here before and always had great service, but yesterday the guy that helped me went above and beyond. I went in with a fish tank light that wasn't working properly. I expected him to tell me the whole thing had gone bad, thankfully he thought it was just the light bulbs. He recommended new bulbs for what I needed and offered to install them to be sure that the bulbs were the problem. He even cleaned the light bar and put it back together for me. Super helpful and very nice, even though the store was busy. This shop is a bit out of my way but I will always go there because of the customer service. Thank you!

this pet store was hot, the animals had no water and the fish tanks had a lot of algae. the smell was pretty strong and it's sad to see other walks of life living in those conditions. this pet store visit will not go unnoticed.

I went in here after not being in here for years. First impression was I walked in and it stank. This wasn't just normal pet store smell this was no cages cleaned, wet floors (I saw puddles like there was a leak and no clean up) and general unhygienic. All the fuzzy critters had no hides, foods, or clean cages. They were also in too small of cages. I went into their reptile room and all their ball pythons looked sick or stressed. Their corn snakes were cohabbed and had no hides and they were all piling in one spot to get warmth. I will not go back and I suggest no one else does.

When I left the store I came back to get a naked rat I came back and got a female and I could write and she came home sniffling and sneezing so I took her to the vet and she was sick we did all the treatments and everything that we needed for her you've been giving her vitamins and everything like that sadly she didn't make it and they said where did you get her because she shouldn't of been sold in her condition she literally had what they called kennel cough and it kills animals we just didn't catch it fast enough so my baby rat died because the people who are working here give no F's about the animals and when I went in the ferrets cage was empty but full of flies and shit it was disgusting and none of the employees knew what they were talking about I've had rats before and none of my rats are or have ever had kennel cough so it's disgustingI will never be going back to the store and I feel greatly saddened for anyone who goes to the store to get their kids a pet they need to be fully inspected and shut down I'm sorry for the animals who are still there especially the birds because there are way too many birds in one cage!!

The store is big. It includes a selection of animals including rabbits, hamsters, guinea pig and others including fish and most products needed to maintain these animals. The prices can be high on some items. The health of their corals can vary quite a bit.

I would not recommend buying fish here, their tanks were pretty much all full of algae, many of their fish looked like they weren't in great health, and one of the employees I had talked to told me that they only had one African dwarf frog because all of the others had died of fatigue because they were kept in too deep of water with nothing to rest on.

I normally like this place but today there was a young lady who was completely rude. They were taking care of the ball pythons in a horrible manner and none of them had hides. So we asked why. We were concerned for the proper care of their animals. She said she has 11 ball pythons at home and none had hides. Then on our way she took a picture of us. There was also a dead hamster and a ferret in a cage full FULL of poop.

Pretty good selection of fish, but they lack employees with the knowledge when you have questions. Prices are more than fair.

My family and i just moved here from California. We decided to get some pet fish for my son so we came here. The employees were not able to answer our questions about the different breeds nor could the management. Thankfully, we had had a tank before so decided on the same fish breeds as before. However once we got them home and put them in the tank, one died. We checked the water, ph, temp etc.. and everything was good. Then another fish died so we took the 2 back and got 2 more. Now those along with a few others are dead. I think they must have some sort of bacteria so don't buy any fish from them till they get it figured out.

I walked in a couple of days ago, and was greeted pleasantly by workers but also most horribly by a bad smell. As somebody who is passionate about animals and has had many rodents, I know that if you take care of your animals properly it won't smell so bad. They had cute ferrets and rabbits, but I couldn't see anything else before I had to leave. It's clear that they don't know how to take care of their pets.. that air cannot be good for them.
