we've now lived in Courtyards at Brookfield since April 2024. I have to say I'm surprised at the two reviews above as we have not experience that at all. Perfection has been fairly responsive to our requests under their warranty program and have addressed most of our issues. we are still waiting on a resolution for a drainage issue in our backyard but feel they will handle it. the homeowners here are wonderful. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are very happy here. highly recommend.

We just purchased a so called "Luxury Courtyard" Home in Courtyards by Brookfield. The home has many items that need to be addressed before the 1 year warranty and the builder has told us that they do not schedule warranty work until the 1 year walkthrough. These so called "luxury" patio homes are anything but....there are cracked tiles, frayed carpet, dead landscaping, a built in vinyl pool that is already coming apart, and safety issues not addressed. I would think twice before purchasing one of these units from this builder. They are a poor representative of Epcon Communities

Buyer Beware! We are just 6 months in to moving into our newly built home by Perfection Builders at The Courtyards at Brookfield. It is unfortunate their aren't lemon laws for new homes. Our luxury patio home is lemon. We have a laundry list of warranty items that have been turned in, but Perfection lacks in communication and responsiveness. We are seeing the signs of a lack of integrity from Perfection and some of their chosen vendors. Our yard and landscape is dying and sad. We have had numerous issues. Two of Perfections vendors when examining our property stated "we are seeing shoddy workmanship in their new homes, we think they are building to many homes to fast", the workmanship is poor quality. I can't name all the issues, but a few are water damage in floor and walls in master bath, still waiting on resolution. Sprinkler system won't run and unresponsive to repair, and Perfection is unresponsive in getting vendor to repair. Cracked flooring. Poor painting. Malfunctioning and flat out not running air conditioning system. Numerous nails protruding on exterior, already pulling out.
