Perfect Nails

Everyone is so nice! They did a beautiful job on both my pedicure and manicure! It is very clean, and over many services for a great price!!

Super cute and quaint little nail shop. They do gel and SNS dip powder manicures. Even gel pedicures. I got a regular mani/pedi today. They did a great job and didn't hurt me or knick me once.

Everyone was so nice to me when I walked in! They have great prices and they did a good job with my nails and a quick job at that. Impressed and will go back until they prove to me otherwise

I've been going there for years, but last time I went one of the girls was rude and did such a sloppy job that I had to come home and re file my nails. I went in again today hoping I would get someone else, but I got the same girl and she was rude again and did a bad job again. I asked her to something very simple to paint hearts on one of my nails and she couldn't even do that. They didn't even look like hearts and the polish was smeared. I will never go back.

My wife and I went in for pedicures (drug me in unwillingly - not my thing). Kim & Melanie gave fabulous Special Pearl Pedicures that were out of this world!

The women who work here are wonderful. They do a great job and are very thorough. I also really appreciate that they take the time to get to know their clients. They remembered my mom and I even though we hadn't been in for a while and remembered that I was engaged, when my sister graduated, etc. They're definitely my go-to place for nails.

Not a very clean place. They pulled out their nail clippers and files from a plastic container that was mixed with used nails files and scrubs-yuck.It wasn't sanitized! I had to ask to for them to use a clean file & clippers before using it on me. The foot and leg massage was with soap and water. That was a first. You can imagine how dry your legs would be after being scrubbed with soap for 10 minutes. No lotion or oil was used at all. And the paint job was decent. The service was abrupt and not very friendly. Out to make a quick buck. I won't be going back.

Rant ahead:I should have know this place was going to have horrible customer service. As someone who works in the service industry I was so sad to see the nail tech displaying poor people skills. I went in to fix a chipped toe nail and the nail tech from the moment I walked in gave me attitude like it was an impossible task. She then decide she could do it, well ok. I told her I only had about 45 minutes to be there and first thing she says "you can leave if you are in a rush " then walk away to grab whatever she needed to. Like really??As the service continues she didn't do the best job she could do at giving my nail the best shape. I tried to be nice and make conversation that way she would see I'm not rude but ultimately she just didn't care.I asked for white nail polish and did a sloppy job( you can't do sloppy on white or it will come out weird looking).I then asked if she would clean up the edges of my nails so it would look neater and she's gave me some much attitude. Why though??. Anyways to top everything off, she knew I was in there for a nail repair and with a rude voice tells me in front of everyone( it was super quiet in there ) "NEXT TIME YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET A PEDICURE BECAUSE LOOK!ALL THAT CUTICLE BUILDUP! Never going back there again.

I went in to get my nails filled, when I sat down to look at colors the woman already started filing my nails, so I was sifting through colors with one hand. Then she told me my old acrylics needed to come off so she proceeded to rip them all off. After I told her that hurt and asked if there was another way to take them off she ignored me. Then she started redoing them and filed them down to a shorter length then what I wanted. They turned out very bumpy and the shape isn't even correct. I tried to just deal with it, but I called back the next day asking if they could fix them and they said there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't recommend going. The customer service is the worst I've ever had and I've had hundreds of manicures.

I've been going here for years. Yesterday one of the ladies cut open both of my big toes with a nail file. One of them bled so much that she had to stop twice. The rest of the pedicure was terrible and she had to redo the paint on my big toes several times because she messed them up or did a bad job on the design. I called to talk to the owner this morning and her response was to "put Neosporin on it" and that "that happens sometimes with our new files." I told her I would probably not be returning and she said "okay."
