What a great little shop. Took my collie in for a bath today. This was our first time at a self serve pet wash. The person that assisted me, was very kind and helpful. She even suggested one of the shampoo options. I noticed there were a number of fragrances and conditioners. All are included in your dogs wash fee. She even provided shampoo for the white parts on my pup. To keep his white white. About 8-9 hrs later my pup still smells so nice. The washing station was very clean, nice, and easy to use. My 7 month old went right up the steps into the tub. The tub height was perfect for someone like me with spine issues. I was very happy with our first experience. I plan to go back. Infact I'm going to call and find out the name of the shampoo that I used on him. For when I can't get him into the shop. I can use it at home.

Was from Kentucky. Was staying in Park City and picking up a Labradoodle . Wanted to wash him up for the trip. Emailed to make sure they had a pet wash. Received a prompt response from Diana. She told me Eric would take care of me. Got my dog and was greeted at the store by Eric. He showed me how to use the wash. Great wash. Self serve. Lifted tub for almost a 360 wash. Different shampoo options. Had drying options. Got my dog washed up, and dried. Bought a harness and a leash. Very reasonably priced and a true gem in Valley Center. My sister lives in Newton and plans on taking her dogs there. Thanks for the help and having an awesome staff. Clean and organized store. Support local businesses!!

Great service and friendly! The washing station is the best that I've seen...and I've been to plenty of them. They offer so much considering the low cost of using the wash station and its kept so clean. I would definitely return...its worth the trip.

The owner is very helpful and has good suggestions for your pets. Local business and nice to be able to go in and get treats, toys and food for your pets. Great home town feel!

I needed a quick pre-holiday place to wash my dog, so I gave them a call. They told me the washroom was open right away. I took my dog, got clear instructions on their very nice bath, paid, and was out in 20 minutes. Couldn't have been better. Small, but offering great service. They even offered to open early so we could do a small amount of business before I went to work. I declined.
