Pawn Central

I have never dealt with more unprofessional, crooks in my life. When I was unemployed I had to pawn items. I kept track of the loan amount and the interest. However when I would go in there would be extra charges. On one occasion I went in to pay for every item. They applied double payments to a couple items and no payment to my guitar and television. I specifically told them to apply a payment to each item. So when I go in the next month I'm told that my guitar and television had been sold. I asked how that could happen. I learned double payments were applied to other items. They did this to basically "steal" my guitar and television. Today I went to pick up the rest of my items. Unsurprisingly more fees were added on. I tried to show the owner's son my paper work and he refused to look at it and started talking over me. He had a smug attitude. I lost my cool and started yelling because I'd had enough of dealing with these crooks and mysterious charges. After I stopped getting upset the son just kept at me trying to upset me more. My father had to tell him to stop. He is extremely unprofessional. The reason he wouldn't look at my paperwork and receipts is because he knew it was proof they were ripping us off. I've dealt with other pawn shops and the fees are straightforward. Never had these problems anywhere else. Their motto is "the customer is always wrong". Don't pawn anything unless you want to end up paying made up fees. I paid the 10% interest every month. When i went to pick up my items I was forced to pay 50% interest to get them back. The owner's son refused to explain why. They will steal your money.

I have been doing business with Pawn Central going on 3 years now. I will never use any other pawn shop in town. Whenever I go into Pawn Central I'm ALWAYS greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The gentlemen who work there make sure I get the very best deals and strive to give me the most for pawn or trade. I can count on them every time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and consistent. I refuse to go any else in town, because I'll leave feeling broke, depressed, and regretful. If you dont have a great experience each visit to Pawn Central it's most likely you , because Lance, Dre, and Jay are The BEST!! That's All...

1 secTeresaHorrible, no receipt, when it wouldn't work the same day I got it, they wouldn't give a refund or even credit though then gave me a receipt when I went back that said any discounts voids warranty even though they gave me the receipt after the fact. If I could give minus stars I would. Worst pawn shop to buy anything from ever. Don't shop there, you're safer spending your money elsewhere.

They add hidden charges when you pawn your things. They have a devious system set up that is different than any pawn shop I have went through. Even if you keep paying your interest payments the whole principal keeps increasing making it easy to sell your stuff before you get it out. I had several different things in pawn and they misapplied my payments so they could sell my rate vintage guitar I only had in there for a little. The short you on gold and silver and will replace the stones on your rings with fake ones while they are in pawn, like my wife's diamond on her wedding ring, that we had to pawn out of desperation.
