Party Hardy Bus

Our driver was very nice but the bus was only able to go max of 15 mph because the shocks were so bad. Needless to say, I think all 25 of us on the bus need to see a chiropractor now. Not what we expected.

I have to admit, we were pretty disappointed w/ the bus last night. Showed up 15 minutes late & none of the lights inside worked. Unacceptable. The heating & cooling was a complete disaster, as we went to look at Christmas lights, but couldn't see out the fogged up windows. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Not as advertised. Let me know how you plan to make it right?

We had a spectacular time on the Double Platinum party bus. Booking the bus was as easy as it gets and their receptionist handled all of our questions with good tact. When the bus picked us up they had two workers help everyone up the steps and onto the bus. The audio system on the bus was a good as they come with Bluetooth capabilities. Stepping onto the bus was entering a whole new world. Cleanliness was fantastic and the lights were well done. The dance floor that lit up with a pole in the middle of it was a hit and almost everyone wanted to try it. I would definitely use their services again. Great staff. Great Busses.

The bus driver was extremely rude and was asking for tips all night long he was also swerving all night long! He took long smoke breaks. During one of his breaks the bus started moving on its own and he was no where to be seen to make it stop! After a while of looking for him the bus was close to crashing to the dumpster at the gas station so my friend decided to press on the brakes while we waited for him to come back. It was ridiculous.

Don't book with them !!!!! I booked them once for my bday in 2020 the driver got arrested just feet away from the pick up location and they had no back up plans or any other driver to drive bus so they canceled on me. Tried them again in 2021 just ten minutes before the bus the owner calls an says the bus broke down. Many people came from out of town so again another loss . No back up plans no other busses no plan b or anything didn't even offer me another day I asked for my money back they tried to tell me I had to wait until the next day LMAO terrible ! They don't really care about your event or anything their just like sorry we have to cancel on you again. Joke

Had an amazing time! Olanso was our driver i may not have the spelling right but that doesn't matter! He was great and will be getting back on this bus! 10 stars out of 5! Thank you so much for the great time!

Terrible !!!!First let me start by saying, ive given party hardy 2 chances. The first time buying with them i requested the double platinum bus an payed the deposit for my 22nd birthday. One day before the day i requested it on she calls and tell me that that bus is no longer available even though i already payed a deposit she then tell me i have to get a 30 passenger bus an would still have to pay the price of the biggest bus. Last minute i had to find a whole new bus company because i was not settling for a short bus. Months later i tried them again getting the biggest bus also paying the deposit an the day of the party the bus was 30 minutes late and pulled up with yet another short bus, then made us wait until the big bus arrived because another party was using it which is unacceptable because she had the times written down. Terrible customer service!! also she lied and said we would get our minutes from waiting added on and did not, in fact they dropped us off early. Also had to make personal stops for gas which took 10-20 minutes and also stopped to see a mechanic. DONT DO IT
