Party Express Bus

I use this company each and every year to transport our middle school kids across town to different locations. Safe, secure, and so much fun. Great people and easy to book and work with.

I tried to get ahold of someone since last Tuesday about getting a bus for this past Saturday evening and throughout the night. No one returned my emails or phone calls. Seriously disappointed that they can't get back to people who would be paying for their "services". I was not the only one who tried to get a hold of them too. My boyfriend and one of my girlfriends tried as well and still nothing. Oh well. I still had a great night without spending more than $300(:

This company is trash. We booked a Christmas lights tour on one of their buses and got a group of friend together. The driver was a mess. She had no idea where to take us and wasted our whole 2 hour trip desperately trying to figure out where to go next. We only ended up getting to see two different light displays as she headed back to our pickup location with 45 minutes left! There was one I specifically asked to go to and we never even made it there, I don't think she knew how to get there. All of this is not to even mention the safety concerns! She could not stay in the lane, took 5 minutes to run around in a cul-de-sac, hit multiple curbs, and was on the phone, eating a candy bar, and reading a list of locations, all while driving the bus! The company refused to take any responsibility for our experience or acknowledge the safety concerns. DO NOT BOOK!

Just had the best experience, rented a party bus for my daughters 16th birthday party, and went and looked at Christmas lights, the driver was so sweet and we all had the best time!

This bus should not be on the road. It is a old airport shuttle. Rear doesn't open. DOT Inspectors must have never inspected this bus. Driver was dressed in jean shorts and tank top and dog chain around her neck. If your renting from them go see what your getting first.

I absolutely would not recommend this company. I booked this bus for a night out for galentines.I put a $100 down payment before the night of and they had me pay upfront before starting the night out. $525 for 3 hours. After paying upfront, the driver asked for a tip before we even left (first red flag). We had been on the bus for 45 min and a tire goes out. The driver drops us off at a bar and leaves to check out the sound. He then recommends we get dropped back of because the bus is not driveable, it is only an hour and 15 min into our 3 hours. He then says he can drive really slow to get us back home. We make a stop to drop off one of the passengers and then takes us back to our stop which takes an hour to get us back because he conveniently was missing the turns. The bus driver insists we ask for a refund. I finally get ahold of the owner 2 days later and he acts as if he has no knowledge of what happened. Then asks 20 questions that were irrelevant to what I was telling him. He claimed the driver claimed he dropped us off at 3 different bars and made multiple stops to drop people off. And kept saying oh it sounds like you got most of your time. And well where exactly where you wanting to go?!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL and annoying af. He then so generously refunded me $75 of my $525 charge after asking me multiple times about how much we tipped. FUCK YOU PARTY EXPRESS. You're sketchy as fuck and I hate you.

Our bus driver Zac (not sure if correct spelling) was TERRIFIC! Second time ever renting a party bus, first time with this company and would definitely book again if we got him! Made the boarding process and overall ride easy-breezy and enjoyable, gave a hilarious rundown of the rules at the beginning and made everyone super comfortable. Was on exactly on time for pickup and drop off let us take bathroom breaks as needed.

Wow! What a great bus and driver! We couldn't have been more satisfied. I highly recommend Party Express Bus!
