I bought my prom dress here in the 90's and thought it'd be fun for my daughter to shop here for hers. Pretty sure the display in the front window hadn't changed since I was there over 30 years ago. An overwhelming smell of urine hits you about four feet in the front door. We powered through that to have the lady greeting people ask my daughter what size she wears. When she responded "small" the lady says, she looks like an 8. (She's a size 2....) Now reading the reviews, I realize that's so they get extra money for altering the dress. The young girls who worked there were sweet but acted like they would be punished if they didn't interact with us. Even if my daughter would've found the perfect dress I don't know that I would've bought it for fear it would've smelled like the store. The place is seriously creepy. I'm still trying to figure out what brings people in to this store beyond the nostalgia of shopping there as a teenage girl. The prices aren't cheaper than anywhere else. In fact, we went to David's bridal and all the dresses my daughter found there were cheaper than similar dresses at this store. If you enjoy the smell of urine and must and like super small dusty, dingy spaces, this is the place to go.

Sent my daughter there from out-of-town for a prom dress, absolutely disgusting customer service and rude, appears other reviews support this assessement.It doesn't matter how good your business is if you cant treat people with respect then you don't deserve to be in business

0 I have never had such awful customer service. The lady was rude and disrespectful to my granddaughters mother and me her grandmother. Announced to another customer that we were on a budget. One chair to sit on when their were 2 of us and we found another one. Very rude from the minute we walked in. I would never recommend this to place to anyone. I can't believe there still in business the way they treat people that are excited for their daughters to have a fun experience

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have health issues which caused a large amount of weight gain in six months. My dress no longer fit, and I teared up in the store. All they did was offer to corset up the back and ask if I was planning on losing weight. So so so rude. They told me I was being irrational and asked me to leave... because I was silently crying. Nancy so TERRIBLE PERSON. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This place was a bust. Unfortunately, I would have to agree that it was the worst customer service the old ladies in there very unfriendly and quite rude. Also, they said we couldn't take pictures of the dresses until they were purchased. Because they were "designer dresses". Which totally is ridiculous, and a lie because all the dresses are up on their website along with a designer name. Girls, may I suggest you go prom dress shopping somewhere else that's more reasonable and not over priced. All those dresses - you can get online or other stores with much better pricing and customer service. And the selection is outdated. Some of those seem like they are from 1980s. Everything is crammed in there. You can hardly look you can't separate the dresses on the rack. All in all don't waste your time.

Parrot has a wide variety of dresses for formal occasions. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And the two parrots are the frosting on the cake.

If you don't want to pay an Outrageous price for a pretty dress for prom or bridesmaids or even bridal gown this is the perfect place to go and their selection is pretty

Can i leave "0" stars? What a disappointment!!! Brought my daughter and her grandmother from out of town. Ran into a co-worker and her daughter picking up their prom dress purchased. When the co-worker asked about my daughter's dress interest the shop employee smarts off "they are on a budget!" Neither relivent to the converstion....anyone's business....or appropriate for the worker to point out. My daughter is very private and when i explained this to the employee...she said " ill take care of it...i know what im doing". She also directed my daughter to dresses 1 to 2 sizes too big for her....requiring alterations which would have encrued extra charges. Had my daughter fallen in love with a dress i would have purchased to make her happy....thank god she didnt!

Wonderful little shop! The service was very helpful and kind. There are a ton of formal dresses and a nice collection of new bridal dresses. We saw many girls trying on beautiful dresses for prom and walking out with big smiles. My daughter found THE DRESS for her wedding including a veil for a reasonable price and absolutely perfect!! As family, don't expect to have places to sit around like a big boutique. The space is cramped, but well worth it!
