When I made the deal on my Jeep in 2002 we agreed on a price for my trade in and the difference between the 2. the salesman brought me a contract to sign that was $10,000 higher than what we talked about. When I asked why it was higher than what I agreed to, I was told that it was a mark up for hard to find cars due to covid. I got up and walked out. the salesman stopped me and said they would remove the $10,000. He then told me if I made the deal they would add 3 free oil changes. I have only put 10,000 mi on my jeep in 2 years so I used 2 of the 3 oil changes. Today I called to make an appointment for the 3rd one and was told that it had expired in May.My mistake was to not walk out when they tried to rip me off in the first place.Take your business to another dealer

Parks Motors of Augusta: Switch and Bait seems to be their 'modus operandi'. We purchased a car from them - they had 2 white Chevy Sparks. One had been in an accident, one had not. We chose the one that had NOT been in an accident. We recently discovered that they GAVE us the one that has been in an accident - an appraiser found the BONDO. Never will we buy a car from them again and we don't recommend that you do, either.If anyone knows of a good lawyer, please let me know.

They sold me a car that a day or 2 after I bought it started having electrical issues. Not sure if they knew or not but would not take it back.

Went to the service department for a simple service and minor repairs. The service tech scratched the front of the truck and damaged some exterior trim pieces. The body shop had to repaint part of the truck and fix the broken pieces. In the process of repainting the truck, they sanded the paint on the fenders and damaged the fenders. The fenders were not supposed to be worked on. The body shop manager, service department manager, and general manager could care less that our truck is in worse shape then when we first brought it to them. Plan on needing an attorney, if you decide to work with parks motors.

Worst experience paint chipping down to the metal and they don't want to fix and now won't even return my calls.

My mother and I had an outstanding experience purchasing a used Chevy Equinox from Parks Motors. Charles was very helpful and wasn't afraid to talk to management to get the answers to our questions. David also treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. Cameron (I hope that's right) did a stellar job of helping us finalize the purchase. We paid cash and didn't experience any pressure to use their financing, run a credit check or anything like that mentioned by others. Highly recommend this team!

I remember hearing the commercials when I was a kid but I'm glad I looked into them. Parks is family owned and cares about the families like my own. You'll be treated right here, I know I sure was. The bigger dealerships out west have gotten so full of themselves they don't have the same attitude towards actual people. Give them a chance!
