Bought. 2014 Camaro from them and absolutely love it. The buy was straight forward as I had done my research on pricing. So when they started with a full price bid and i let them know I knew the real cost they quit messing around and we quickly reached an agreeable price. Brought it back a month later for some warranty work and they took care of as though I was paying. The service and parts folks are friendly and caring although the sales people can be a bit pushy. (Not the ones I dealt with)If you're in the market for a car this place is worth checking out.

Just bought a 22 Jeep Gladiator diesel from Andrew Hanser at Parks Jeep in Augusta. Andrew was very helpful and Devin the finance manager was very good as well.

They have advertised a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to the dealer for a test drive and it turned out they had loaned it to one of the managers. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. I guess I have to ask why advertise a car and then loan it out to your employees so they are never available for a customer to test drive. At least not in a presentable condition that a customer would want to test drive it. I don't think I'll be going back. A complete waste of our time to drive to Augusta for nothing.

We will NEVER, NEVER do business with Parks Motors in Augusta again! They sold us a car for our son and claimed it was accident free. Well, 6 months later, someone hit my son's car so we filed with their insurance (Key Insurance sucks, too btw) and guess what they found? IT HAD been in an accident and it was poorly repaired. Parks Motors are liars and cheats. I mean, car dealers are notoriously shady - but this is complete fraud.

Overcharged me for replacing headlight bulb after they had over charged me a few minutes before. Took 10 minutes and charged me 150.00 plus 39.00 shop supplies. It was them that messed up the replacement only a couple of months back.

I signed for $34k and said I'd like to be at a specific payment. Well they "tried" so "hard" and got me almost to my payment went to sign papers and noticed they changed the price of the truck to $35,425 & shorted me $100 on trade in and the warranty they offer as well as GAP insurance has HIDEN FEES!! They gave me poor excuse. A 34k truck they had me out the door around $40,425!!!!! There a scam and the sells manager tried to "make it up" to me and asked if I'd meet him in the middle for the truck when I noticed this all. He asked for $34.5k I said no we agreed and SIGNED for $34k! Long story, but there a scam will lie to u and it was so bad the sells man called me the next day saying he quit and didn't want to be associated with them!!!! I ended up getting the price I wanted after the director came in and made it right. WATCH OUT for the sales manager, hidden fees, and the price of ur trade in!!!!!!

If I could do zero stars I would. Had our truck towed their for diagnostics, they came back with a repair quote for over $10,000, $4800 of that was for the turbocharger that they said was bad, and charged us $180 just to run the diagnostics. Offered a trade in value of $10,000 less than blue book because of the needed repairs. Had it towed to another shop for a second opinion, and the "bad turbo" was actually a clogged valve, they had it fixed an an hour for $60. Furthermore, the 2nd shop told us that the top of the turbo was covered with rocks and mud, and that there was no way anyone even looked at the actual turbo charger. So they got us for $180 and a tow bill...never again. Would not recommend that anyone take a vehicle there to be serviced!

Just thought I would write a review to say how my experience was with Parks Motors of Augusta to help you decide if it's worth it to you to go there to purchase a vehicle. Today is Tuesday 5/23/2017 I had been talking with a very nice sales person named Devon whom I have nothing but good things to say. However even as nice as he was can't justify my ever giving them another chance at selling me a car I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last 7 years and never once had a problem till now. The management has definitely changed and not for the better last week I started talking with Devon about a Ram 3500 that was for sale. Over the course of the few days we haggled over price and today final agreed to one. Last night we went in to test drive but didn't want to cut Devon out of the deal since he was the one I had been talking to so I waited till today. Devon was not in when we took the test drive however another sales person talked to us about it. I gave Devon the info he required to pull a credit report to speed things up when I came in later tonight. He did so and called me back to say that the report looked good and can go forward with the deal. He then text me about 5:00 pm to say that someone was coming in to look at the truck I called him back to question why they would show it knowing that I was going to be in to buy it. He asked if I was for sure coming in I said yes get the paperwork done be there in 45 minutes leaving now. I got 2 miles from Parks only to get a text stating that it sold. I pulled in to find out they truly sold it out from under me. This is not anyway to treat customers in my opinion. This however is only the beginning of the end of them if this is the way they feel they need to do business. Not however the first strike against them prior to this I had a warranty claim on my 2014 Ram the water pump went out I called they said not a problem yes it's covered under warranty we'll get it picked up and fixed for you. I had already called a wrecker to find out what it would cost to tow it from derby to Parks was told 55.00 called them back to cancel them since Parks said they would take care of it under warranty. It was not drive able pump sized belt burnt up. Told by the service manager that the repair would take 1 full day and I would be able to pick up later in the afternoon 5 days later they finally had it done and tried to charge me over 280.00 dollars 125.00 of that was for the 55.00 tow balance was antifreeze and belt which were damaged due to the bad water pump. Poor customer service in both service department and sales leads me to think that they just don't care about people anymore at all. I guess I would say beware of this place not to sure which direction to send you but this is definitely not a customer friendly place. Were spending a lot of money for these vehicles you should at the very lest be trusted at your word because they sure want you to trust them.Robert Adams

BIGGEST SCAM Show room. I was trying to Lease a 2017 Corvette from the dealership. I spoke with Chris the Manager and I was given the lease amount for $1050 via email in black and white. I was advised that I should go ahead and get insurance for the vehicle. I was told that they will fedex the paper to me. I provided them with my personal informationmy SS # as well. United bank called to confirm the info and approved the lease. I waited for four days but no paper work came. I called and asked for the manager and I spoke to Collins and he promised me that the paper work will go out on Friday. I called on Monday and told them I never received anything. I did not understand the fraud till I spoke to the GM of the Dealership Grant Cover. He advised me that they had sold the car to another person that Saturday morning. While the other two people were telling me something else. I am worried that they might steel my personal credit history.THE DEALERSHIP IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. LOOK OUT DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR INFO TO THESE SCAMMERS.I will be contacting the State consumer affairs dept. to investigate the matter.
