Park Meadows Apartments

DO NOT live at this apartment complex, the WORST complex I have lived in ever in Wichita. Not only do they staff their people part time (maintenance is only 1 person who only works 9am until noon each day...quite often with days off) they hold the same standard too in their ethics and work to their facility. They never clean the grounds, they don't actually fix anything especially if it will cost them money, and they have HORRIBLE customer service. In the 2 years I lived there the onsite employee changed at least 10 times so every time someone would promise to resolve a work request or problem...they would quit before it got resolved. They have an older lady named Donna who works for another complex connected to the owners of Park Meadows and drives a little silver BMW that shows up when it's time to post notices or find ways to charge fees for things they should actually take care of. She's awful to deal with as well and is extremely unprofessional. Every person I've known that lived there was completely taken advantage of...got tired of the BS and moved then got raped in cleaning fees and not given their deposits back. DON'T throw your money away unless you like being screwed and living in a very poorly managed and poorly taken care of complex.
