Paramour Coffee

Stopped on my way out to Lawrence, had just a latte, no flavor. Coffee has its own unique flavor (what I look for with a "plain" latte) Picked up a breakfast sandwich, made fresh on an English muffin, it was great! Salty bacon, gooey cheese and crisp bread. I couldn't pass up a muffin.... grabbed an apple, though they all looked amazing. Wasn't hot but they scooped it out of the pan for me. I would stop again

Paramour has seriously great coffee that is exceptional by any standard. You wouldn't expect to find world class coffee being roasted in wamego Kansas but compare it to anything and it'll come out on top. They have some excellent blends they always have on hand and occasionally have some very nice seasonal offerings like Jamaican blue mountain. The owner is very passionate about coffee

You MUST visit this gem of coffee place! I'm serious! If you ever make your way through the quaint little town of Wamego, Kansas, make sure you stop by. Their coffee is so amazing! I've always ordered "fancy" drinks at other coffee shops but not here! There's no reason to because the simple, unadulterated coffee here stands on its own! I was partial to the dark roast. :) Their maple bacon scones... drool!!! Blueberry muffins... incredible! All bakery items are made fresh each morning. Great ambience and friendly service top it off! I highly recommend stopping by for a great cup of coffee, delicious bakery item, and wonderful experience.

I didn't check the hours before stopping in here, and I think that they might have been preparing to close up... but I didn't realize that until after I'd ordered. Despite that, the employees were friendly, and the coffee was unexpectedly wonderful. I ordered a plain latte and, unlike the lattes I've had elsewhere that use the milk as a crutch, the coffee flavor really shined through and used the creamy milk as a complement.I'm only visiting Wamego, but I'm a little jealous that they have such a good coffee shop, when all you can find in Wichita are the big coffee chains or the main "local go to" that doesn't know how to roast their coffee AKA dirty sock water. Maybe Paramour could open up a shop in Wichita?Also, I like the name. It sort of describes my relationship with coffee... just... in the most general sense of course.

Love the sausage on English Muffin. MMMmmm. Yummy coffee and the only place in town to buy coffee beans. The coffee is terrific. They always have fresh milk which I love with my breakfast sandwich.

Great coffee place! Tiny inside, but fun and always full of locals. Lots of options and good staff.

The coffee and breakfast were fine. What was not fine was setting my order to the side to wait on a "big name in town" customer, then coming back to me.

Great coffee, friendly staff and good quality products. Store is small and gets full of people quickly. Like the new walk up window.
