Very unique ice cream experience- this small area is lucky to have a place like this. Pros: tons of flavor choices, including non-dairy options. Rolled ice cream, boba, and even crepes. Safety has been prioritized during the pandemic. It's fun to watch stuff being made in front of you. Staff is friendly. Con: always the wait time- since the rolled ice cream takes several minutes to make, the line can easily get backed up. There never seem to be enough staff when this happens- 1 or 2 staff can only work so fast.

Not only does Pandora have the rolled ice cream that debuted in Manhattan when it opened, but now it has crepes! Not only are there sweet crepes, but also savory crepes! I went in today to try the jianbing crepe - when I was here last time for ice cream, I saw this on the menu and was determined to try it here eventually! I tried a jianbing for the first time in July in Portland at the famous Bing Mi food truck. It was really yummy, so I was happy to find it locally. It was prepared in front of my eyes and it was layers of delicious flavor, steaming hot and with my favorite vegetable, green onions! It also has an egg that is swirled into the crepe batter - yum!When speaking with the owner, I learned that she studied in Japan and will be offering the sweet crepes in handheld format which is Japanese-style. You mean I do not have to go to Japantown in San Francisco to get a handheld crepe?! I am so excited! She also mentioned that soon Pandora will be offering boba tea! This really is a one-stop shop for all things craveworthy!

Really fun flavor combinations! It was hard to decide and I wanted to try all sorts of crepes, teas, and ice creams! Did try the mango sticky rice rolled ice cream and the taro boba. The ice cream was good....I would have like more actual mango fruit but was good. I would probably order something different just to try another flavor. The taro tea was amazing! 100% would order again!
