The tour of Italy, consisting of chicken parmesan, fettuccine alfredo, and lasagna, tasted as it came from frozen and microwaved. Some parts of the lasagna were cold and the bread was nothing special. On the bright side, service was fast. The food was mediocre overall and would not return again.

We stopped in for a first try of this new place in Emporia, KS. It was Sunday evening for dinner for five. We got seated right away and the waiter Abit was right there to assist us. The place was clean and redecorated in an Italian theme and pictures. They bring fresh hot Italian rolls to the table with butter to start the meal. We ordered appetizers to start the dinner. We had the baked ravioli with dipping sauce and got seasoned olive oil for the bread. It was all delicious and fresh. Entrees came out piping hot and plenty in the portions. We all had something different. More fresh bread to sop up the sauces. Everyone was well pleased with their meals so we had to try desserts. Tiramisu, cannoli, and limoncello cake. With five forks. Yum, Yum, and more Yum. This is not fast food nor is it cheap. It is fine food at a fair price with excellent service. We were very glad we came and will certainly be back for more deliciousness. Dinner with wine, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. 180 total with very nice tip included. $$$

Excellent service. Good food. Portions are on the small side or I would have given 5 stars. We enjoyed our meal.

Rude waiter never came back after 5 minutes of seating me, so I left. It smells like Chinese food here. So, they did not clean the building enough. They never had I.T. fix machines to make all beverages on their menu be available before opening the restaurant. It was misleading. Marinara sauce they make tastes too sweet. It's not authentic Italian marinara sauce that has no Americanized sweetness. Restrooms here are still rundown after the Shanghai Chinese restaurant closed. It's pretty evident that America no longer holds itself together when business standards are going down the toilet. So, businesses get away with giving customers bad service. American restaurants used to run more smoothly rather than this embarrassing lack of professional integrity.
