Had to stop and see what they were offering at the outdoor grill and I am sure glad I did! Gorditas or Tacos with your choice of protein for $2! Gorditas are stuffed corn cakes made with masa. Protein options were carnitas (pork), pork spare ribs in green/red chili sauce, and a type of ground beef stew in green/red chili sauce. I tried the carnitas and ground beef in green chili sauce and both were full of flavor and delicious. The ground beef had some spice to it but was not overwhelming. Once you got your dish outside you walk inside to pay and grab a drink or stop by the salsas/toppings bar before sitting down to eat your food. I really enjoyed their pickled red onions! I'll be going back soon to try their Menudo. I will update my review once I try more items and add some pics.
