We needed our garage door adjusted so we called Overhead Door. The staff and technician were professional, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. They even come out on Saturday at no extra charge. Donnie the technician knew exactly what needed to be done, didn't even take him 10 minutes. We highly recommend them!

Jason was great. Within two hours of calling, he was here fixing my door and it works great now. I think the prices are high for parts and labor but the job was done right and I am pleased.

Ordering service was a breeze using their online scheduling which was my preferred method since it was a non emergency service call. Of course there was phone numbers listed as well. They were prompt to respond and schedule. The tech Billy called before his arrival and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job addressing our needs and getting us back in good condition. Even pointed out a potential future issue so we could address it before things went bad. Responsive and fast. Will definitely use again when and if the need arises.

Very shady biz! Service tech came out and with 1 min he said it was a bad circuit board! He said they don't make that it any longer without ever looking. Which is a couple lie as it's in stock from the brand I have! Then said "it would be $500 plus service call of $95 to replace"???? I told him thanks for the estimate but we won't be using them. He then let me know he would have to collected $95 now cash card or check! Thanks but no thanks I won't pay $95 for 5mins of nothing but price gouging, dishonest rude people like Jason.. When I call them they never said anything about a service fee. Bad business!

Got me in quick and had the correct garage door in hand upon arrival. A tad more expensive but what would you expect when Biden's policies in place. FJB!

I have used Overhead Door Company for many years. One of the reasons I prefer them is their service, The spring on my garage door broke recently and they worked with me as quickly as possible to get a service tech to me.The tech was very courteous and saw the problem as soon as he walked into the garage. He replaced the spring and the door works like a new one.If you are looking for a company to put an electric door on your garage you can't go wrong with Overhead Door. Their products are high quality and their service is the best.

never showed up for appointment. Said it never got scheduled with the sevice guy. Hada hard time getting the gal to even call me or schedule a time. I think this is why he didnt show up. owner of this company had better check it out. She did not really seem to care if I got an appointment or not. I've used this company for 30 years for myself and our rentals. Not any more aftr her attitude. You just lost my business. Looking for 3 brand new garage doors. moving on from this company. Quit hiring young kids that don't care. They are costing you business.
