One Day Jewelry & Repair

Been looking for a new jewelry repair place since I moved here. This place had good reviews and those reviews were right!My husbands military ring was bent to where he couldn't wear it anymore. They fixed it in minutes. My ring was cracked and they had it fixed within 4 hours and it looks great, you can't even see where they repaired it.Will definitely be bringing all my future repairs here!

Took an unusual piece of jewelry in for repair. Our Wedding Rings are made of Stainless Steel with a Gold Overlay. Hubby's Overlay had broken loose and kind of expanded. -- so it wasn't staying in place. About a year ago, I took it somewhere else and they applied a dot of Jeweler's Glue. It lasted about a year. We spotted this Jewelry Repair on the way to the Gym last weekend. They cut the Gold overlay, welded / soldered it back together and CLEANED it!!I was helped by "Gloria" -- such a delightful Lady :)

Was the best experience. Came in to get my rope chain fixed (14k). It was fixed in 3 days and when I went to pick it up the customer service was excellent. Will definitely be going back to buy some gold.

Not our first interaction with this establishment. The prices have always been more than fair and the staff is friendly and courteous. Today I sold the gold in my high school class ring to them. I had done quite extensive research on the Internet regarding a fair price. Prior to coming here I had gone to two other gold dealers. One Day Jewelry offered a price that was fair market value for the weight of gold that I was selling. I was happy with the price they offered and they made themselves to profit, for which I can't fault them. The other dealers, however, offered LESS THAN HALF of what I received from One Day Jewelry. And to top my whole experience off, I was in and out of the door in five minutes.

Been going there for years but never again after I wrap this disaster up. Took fire Opal ring in for resizing, gift from my mother. Less than an hour after I picked it up the opal fell out of the setting and cracked. They replaced opal with one not nearly as pretty and the setting is STILL loose. Tried to convince me it was just the sterling silver and stone was so delicate, not to even sleep wearing it! Going to another jeweler for 2nd opinion, but attitude was ridiculous, explanation even more so.
