Old Town Appliance

I purchased a Washer and Dryer set from them on 10/17/18.They delivered a Dryer that sounds like a freight train and blows cold air.Called them that day to tell them and they said we will come out Tuesday.Tuesday came and went ..Called them again .Still waiting to hear back from them .. Feeling like a loss on my behalf with a run around from Them ..I DO NOT recommend doing Business with Old Town Appliance.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I went back to purchase from them because I trusted the guy that helped me. All kinds of things went wrong when washer and dryer were delivered, including water sprayed all over my laundry room and out in the hall, a couple of dents in my wall, and never came back to pick up the washer and dryer they were going to buy from me, nor did I ever hear from anyone about all the things that went wrong during the delivery. I was soooooo disappointed!!!! I have to add, even more so now. The guy raved about what a great washing machine and dryer I was getting. I have had them a short time, and BOTH of them have issues!!! I should have listened to my gut feelings and never have bought from them. Please, learn from my mistakes and those of the others I see givisng reviews with the same type of service and quality.

This business should not be in business. I purchased fraudulent merchandise and should have the option of getting my money back. Im kicking myself for not checking the reviews on this place. A good business would do the right thing and take care of customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

They do not even deserve one star. They lie about the warranty they give you. The dryer we purchased was completely fine for the first 25 days. So we still had our warranty when we called. First of all, the guy was incredibly rude on the phone and said he would call us back and make and appointment in "10 minutes". So we called the second time to call and make an appointment but was told the same thing. Finally a third time, we called and asked them why they were taking so long because our warranty would expire soon. They said they would call back, never did, went and took my dryer to be fixed elsewhere and had to pay for it. I was thinking about buying a washer but will NEVER do business with them again! Thanks for nothing Old Town Appliance.

We went in got s decent price on a fridge, but when they dropped it off the delivery guys ruined the bottom of the fridge, not being carefull, ruined the hose. We had to buy a 50 doler filter that didn't even need it. The repair man came out 7 times to try to fix it. We finally told them we want a new fridge to replace the the one there delivery guys ruined said they would be out on Friday but never show up. Me and my boyfriend has called them and they keep telling us more lies. I well never go there or recommend no body to go there.

By far the WORST experience of my life. Not only did they drop off a washer and dryer at my house that DID NOT WORK, but they are now here currently working on it for a fifth time. They don't do refunds and when I call them to see when they are coming out to fix it AGAIN; either Lala, Justin or doug is rude and hateful. I have never been so disrespected and I am terrified that these trailer park ass holes are in my house and know where I live. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They only take cash and they are crooks. I wish I could give zero stars. This experience with them has been horrendous.

One star is to generous. I purchased a washer and dryer and it didn't work 2 days later. After several attempts to get them to set up to have their sevice tech come out, irvonly took almost a week. When the serive tech showed up and looked at both washer and dryer told my wife that they both were unfixable. So I call them and Brett the guy who works their doesn't say " hello," but I know what you're calling about. After some conversation he hands the phone you Nick and guy who works ther. Nick wanted to trade the units out. I said " No thanks the ones you sold me should work. " Nick told me they had a no refund policy. I bought defective washer and dryer. This business is dishonest and sells defective products. I wish I would of read more reviews before I set foot in the very dirty and unorganized business. Stay away.

I purchased a Samsung top loading washing machine from Old Town. I actually found the unit on Facebook on the marketplace app portion. It is a modern very high tech unit, it was offered at a reasonable price. I negotiated and they accepted my terms. On arrival they showed me many other nice units. They helped me load the machine, I brought it home and it has worked flawlessly through about 50 loads so far. I love how big the tub is in the machine. You can easily wash comforters and even large pillows. I am hoping now they find a matching dryer for me. They even offered me a 30 day warranty, which I really appreciate on a used item like that. I will definitely shop here again.

I bought a s/S refrigerator from them a month ago. They delivered it, they were late on the delivery. My frozen items thawed before they had the fridge in and running. After it was running, a repair tech had to come out and fix the fan a couple of hours later. Here we are today, my frozen items are thawed again and a repair man is supposed to come out! When I talked to Shane, I specifically told him what time to call me and received two phone calls before the time I specifically told him to call! I said I will try to fix it myself when I called him back! He put me on speaker, dropped the phone, and when I told what time I get off work he got that wrong too. GOD, I HOPE HE IS COMING OUT TOMORROW! I feel like they are taking advantage of me bc I am a single woman. I think this dude is in crack as well! Wow !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUD/SCAM WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought our refrigerator. From the start they did not deliver the 3 times they were to deliver. All 3 times I had to call them and see if they were coming and they had an excuse each time as to why they did not show up. The 3rd time I had to call again and they were 4 hours later then they said they would be. Got the refrigerator, thought it was working, loaded it up with groceries, went to get something out the next morning and it was not working and all our food was ruined. Called them and 2 separate times that sent out the repair man who could not get it functioning correctly. Called every day to have them come and get it or fix it. They kept saying they need to talk to the boss lady Lala. Then they would never call us back. We even asked for her number to talk to her and they would not give it to us. They do not honor their "guarantee". They have yet to fix this refrigerator. It is sitting in our kitchen not usable. I like everyone else, would not even give them a 1, but will not let you proceed without picking one. We will keep calling them until something or someone takes care of this issue. I am trying to round up others that have been effected with a loss from them so we can all go together and take them to court. They need shut down.
