Old Mission Mortuary & Wichita Park Cemetery

OMM was woefully unprepared which was distressing during our family's time of grief.The staff were inept at both the funeral and the internment:at the funeral they turned the coffin the wrong direction, at the internment they failed to align the lift with the opening of the crypt in front of 100 people, & after several minutes they literally resorted to shoving the coffin into the space, & there was inadequate lighting (we we're told the lights were broken)Family & Guests were horrified overall

My mom passed away in 2020 of May 15th her makeup look awful outside the Mausoleum her letters keep falling off! We called so many times to get it fixed then they fall off! My mom work there as a Funeral Director years ago! They caked her makeup on I didn't Recognize her! This place don't care! When u go to a Mortuary you expect him to take care of your love ones

Old Mission Wichita Park Mortuary, Cemetery, and Mausoleum is a wonderful final resting place. My mother recently passed away, and Old Mission did a lovely job with her funeral and burial. Robert was very comforting, compassionate, and professional with us, and made it a beautiful experience for our family and friends.
