We had a great experience with OK Transfer. The crew was punctual, friendly, helpful, professional, and all of our belongings made it intact! We've moved internationally 4 times, and domestically another dozen times. OK Transfer crew was 1st rate. Highly recommend!

Please, Kansans, use any other moving company! OK was recommended to my parents by a friend for a cross-country move. First, OK pushed the move date back a day. My mother had specifically scheduled the move so that the house would be packed and the truck loaded by Thursday, when she was to start an estate sale. However, the guys packed on Tuesday, said they would be back Wednesday (never showed) and then came Thursday. The house was not fully packed, so they finished packing and were still loading the truck when the estate sale started at 4. The estate sale company owner and her helper, along with my mom, were literally loading the truck so that they could expedite the move and have everything out when the estate sale was to start. Not only were the movers not grateful for the help, they accused the estate sale owner and her employee of theft. See below. The driver claimed he could not find his toolbox, which contained all of the screws for a Steinway piano (literally the only thing of value my parents were moving). He said that the employee took it. He would not back down, even though the employee said he remembered taking the toolbox outside and leaving it by the truck. OK moving sent a woman over during the estate sale who was nasty and literally tore through the house looking for the toolbox. Guess what, she did not find it. OK told my mother they would "make it right," but continued to be adamant that the estate sale people had stolen the toolbox. So this was Thursday. My parents were told that their things should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. My parents stuff did not arrive until the following FRIDAY--over a week after the truck was loaded. They were prepared to live with piano parts on the floor until OK "made it right." So guess what the driver found in the back of the truck an hour into unloading? Yup, his toolbox and the piano screws. He acted shocked and maintained that the estate sale people were "dumb" and never should have put it on the truck. The piano was put together, minus the top, which is currently unable to be opened and will be serviced by a local piano company at my parent's expense.Any other company, please, I beg you. I highly recommend the estate sale company (Stubbs estates). Tammy and her helper, Kelly, were professional, calm, and honest, despite being accused of theft, and did a bang up job selling my parents' things and cleaning out whatever did not sell.

No communication, I had to initiate all calls, then when my delivery was scheduled, I called the local company they gave me and they had no clue who I was or about a shipment. Contacted NOT OK Transfer and they did not respond. They lost my shipment! DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I cannot say enough how pleased we were with OK Transfer. We relocated a 2 bed / 2 bath home about 120 miles. The crew was courteous, professional, and worked their tails off from the time they pulled up to the old house to the time the last box was brought into the new house. They were particularly careful with our prized antiques. And there weren't any surprises when it was time to pay the bill - the estimate was spot on. I wouldn't hesitate one moment to call them for future moves.

We have worked with many moving companies over the years, but this one ended terribly -- and it didn't need to! Their loaders were lazy and did not put pads around our stainless steel Kenmore refrigerator. As a result the doors were badly scratched in transit. Upon unloading I noted the damage to the driver and he assured me that the company would respond. After numerous written promises by Andrea Baum, I still have a damaged fridge. They finally sent a replacement door, but it was the wrong one. (which I found out after paying for a Sears service call only to not be able to install it) Andrea ignored my emails and didn't return calls regarding returning the wrong door and getting the right one shipped to me. Finally, she offered to split the cost with me. Are you kidding? Thinking that something is better than nothing I told her to send the check. Never got it. The wrong door is still sitting in a box in my garage. Not only does this company not stand behind their warranty, their resolution strategy is to wear down the customer with stonewalling and false promises until they finally go away.
