there was a giant sticky spot next to my table, i mean how long does it take to mop up? there were 1, maybe 2 other tables being served, not that busy.Getting a choice was nice in what to get on your ramen, but it's odd that the majority of ingredients you'd find in any normal bowl of ramen was an optional extra. you get 3 ingredients and that's it. green onions, bambo shoots, fish cakes/naruto-maki, that and more should come in a much bigger bowl.Soup was lukewarm/too cold for ramen. i don't care that it was still summer, I didn't order somen/cold noodles. the eggs were still cold in the middle. and i don't know what that was but that wasn't shoyu broth.2 small pieces of pork belly. 3 is universally standard. tasted pretty good though so i'll give them that.also the noodles really weren't that bad.the robot seemed more like a fun little gimmick for the kids than useful. it rolled up to the table at a snail's pace, turned to present the bowls, at which time the waitress endured the arduous task of moving it 2 feet from the tray to the table. at that point just use a regular tray instead of trying to earn a tip in the laziest way possible.the waitresses seemed like they'd rather be some place else, almost like they couldn't be bothered to even pretend to be pleasant, like it was their parents' place and they were giving up their summer vacation to be there. one of them stretched to hand me the bill from 5 feet away like we were still in COVID rules or trying to save 3 steps to hand it to me.normally i'd i want to give them the benefit of the doubt, i came during a relatively slow lunch period, but that really shouldn't be an excuse for a ramen place or any restaurant for that matter. everything about it was half-assed from the food to the service to the cleanup. i got recommended this place because it was the only thing to have survived in this strip mall for so long and i'm having a hard time seeing why.given the rave reviews from other patrons, i'd like to give this place a chance and try again but i'll probably just stay home and make my own bowl of noodles instead.

I love their gyoza soup but the poke bowls are equally amazing. I enjoyed it several visits now and my friends are all starting to go.

Ordered via delivery and all I'll say is their ramen packaging is genius. I got the following:Tonkotsu with traditional ramen noodles, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, fish cake, pork belly/chashu spiced hot. Karaage Spring rollsShrimp dumplings The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and held on to the broth nicely. The fish cake and bean sprouts were a solid, tasty addition. The egg was not jammy at all but I'm eating it either way. It had spice to it but I genuinely think I could have got up to the highest heat and been fine without sacrificing flavor. The broth was okay. It lacked a bit of richness that tonkotsu is known for, but I do still think it to be better than yokohama's which is wildly bland in my opinion. Sakura's curry tonkotsu continues to reign supreme. This is just a personal opinion but I tend to shy away from pork as I am very sensitive to the gamey taste pork occasionally has, and this was no exception. The pork belly chashu had an attractive char on it, but I just couldn't get past the gamey after taste. I'll blame myself for that one-- I chose it. The karaage is advertised as (4) on doordash so I assumed it was going to be 4 small bone-in chicken wings, but I received a container full of more popcorn style chicken. Dredged in potato or corn starch to get the crunchy texture. Hot and crunchy. A few of the larger pieces were definitely a little pink in the middle unfortunately so I jusy avoided the larger pieces. The spicy Mayo complimented the chicken nicely. Spring rolls were veggie based and just plain good. The shrimp dumplings are a solid choice, although the perfect pleats in them have me thinking they are not made in-house and the wrapping for me was actually a little thick. A more authentic shrimp dumpling in that style will be much more translucent indicating a thinner wrapping. The shrimp inside did have a nice bouncy texture and zero fishy taste. The price points on the food I'll say I feel are cheaper than what you'll find around town and the fully customizable ramen and poke options are definitely a positive. Would I eat here again? Yes. I'd be interested to see if perhaps some of the other ramen flavors have that richness I'm looking for.

Food was great, good quality and large portions for $12-$16. Service was good, and the restaurant was very tidy.

I see this place opened up as I drive by it a few times, and decided to check it out.I ordered online directly from their website, which has a lower price compared to food delivery sites, since there are no fees, and the menu prices are lower as well. As soon as I arrived, my order was already done, since poke bowls are fast to put together. Added to my bag without asking was: a fork, rounded chopsticks, two packs of Kikkoman soy sauce, napkins, and a menu.I got the poke bowl with sushi rice (actually medium grain rice but cooked properly to be sticky sushi rice), salmon, spicy tuna, kimchi, avocado, seaweed salad, and topped with masago and house poke shoyu sauce. The salmon, while firm, was disappointingly with a few pieces of bone, along the edge, to which multiple pieces of salmon cubes were strung along to, which is easily noticeable, making it truly surprising nobody noticed, which prevented this from a 5 star. The spicy tuna, while it was surprisingly not raw, was the best tasting part of the bowl, packed with flavor, and did not taste of the typical cooked tuna, but something else with much more depth. The kimchi and seaweed salad were both crispy and packed with flavor. The kimchi was not too spicy, but tasted as authentic as can be. You get quite a lot of seaweed salad, so it's a good choice for adding color to your bowl. The avocado was mildly sweet, and semi-solid.Masago topping was nice and poppy, a nice accent of fish egg.Eat it piece by piece, or mix it up, there is enough flavor to go around to not need the soy sauce packets.TLDR: This shit good.

I've gone here multiple times and it never fails to hit the right spot. I love their ramen (wavy noodles, beef, medium spice, tonkotsu broth, fish cake, scallion, and sesame seeds). Their service is pretty good, and I definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't yet!

Brought my son and niece here for ramen. It was clean and easily accessible. Waitress was accommodating and quiet...no biggie. Ramen was flavorful and a bang for the buck. Sons --poke bowl was amazing looking and he loved it. Will return when we go to Wichita area again. The robot delivering to the table was too cool! OH AND - crab Rangoon was hot and fresh (and fast).

Where do I even start? I couldn't leave zero stars-- if I could, I would. 1.) First let's start with the food, since that was obviously the reason we were there. To say it was inedible is an understatement. No flavor- seasoning, spice...nothing. The appetizers were frozen, and the spring rolls were mush. It was all just gross. I would say we got a big bowl of toilet water, but I'd bet that has more flavor than the 'ramen' they were serving.2.) Ambiance. It was dirty. There were cardboard boxes that once held their frozen appetizers just tossed on the floor. Not to mention the two TVs they had were blaring Fox News.... Not super welcoming....3.) Service..... awful. The ladies were rude. They brought us an appetizer we didn't order, then didn't take it off the bill. They advertised a discount for WSU students (which I am), but when I asked about it and showed my ID they somehow got even ruder. All in all, this place was a nightmare. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! There are several places that are leaps and bounds better than this place (but that doesn't take much)!!

Ordered the jalapeño yellow tail, pork belly bun, bbq pork bun and kids ramen. The only thing that was good was the kids ramen. The yellow tale was bad. It was dark gray, I tasted a piece and it was beyond bad. I can't believe they even still had it in the restaurant! It was horrible. The pork belly bun was like an overdone thinly sliced pork chop.
