This is a nice overnight park with very easy access from I-35 and easy in and out of the rv park. we stayed here in a 28 ft travel trailer. sites were level and the bath rooms and showers were very clean. WI-FI worked very well here, tv reception was ok but we have the power booster antenna that is need most every where now. The sites are very large with full hookups and were in the correct place so everything lined up.Rate was $29 and would stay here again, Ideal location. March 2013
