Best kept secret in the area. You'd never know by looking, but this is hands-down the best Mexican food you'll get anywhere near here. Nothing in Hutchinson comes close. I've never had anything here that wasn't delicious, and the crispy tacos are AMAZING. I eat here every time I'm in town and have never been disappointed. Wonderful service, and they even have a legitimate vegetarian menu plus free WIFI. The owners are there working every time I go in--very sweet people. It's an absolute shame they aren't busy around the clock, but it makes for very fast service. I hope the locals will wake up and support this little gem before it's gone--when a restaurant this good inexplicably sets up in your tiny town, you'd be a fool not to keep it in business. Go. You won't be sorry.
