The staff mostly Alissa is there for looks only the girl has as much brains as a rat, she give us a run around oh you don't qualify 30 days later to the day when I get my deposit back.. Come on out your fiance qualifies give them the deposit again a week before were to move in she say my fiance doesn't qualify after we done turned in a notice rented a truck to move now we have to wait another 30 days to get our deposit back again. Now we're out a deposit on a rental truck and have turned in her notice my advice to you stay away from these people the manager Sarah seems like a good person but the girl she has working for her is a dirtbag...

I am a military renter so Ive been around and rented multiple apt's in the Wichita Area. That being said this is the WORST complex I have rented from. Period. Where do I start?Well first the Apt. is actually nice and pretty spacious. The vaulted ceilings makes it look bigger than it is and the layout is nice.- What ruins the apartment though is the staff. The office is filled with airheads and are very unprofessional. When my girlfriend first rented the apt there was a $25 credit check fee. This fee was waived and she was told to not worry about it. 3 months later we get notified we owe $25. We told them this fee was waived and thought it was the end of it. Nope. We were repeatedly reminded with calls and notes left on our door about this fee and we had to explain ourselves over and over with nothing being resolved. It wasnt until we called their managers, 5 months later, it was finally solved. - Small things too like receiving a package slip, going in there to retrieve it, and they claim they dont have anything. My gf did this and after she was told there was nothing, they went up to her and said they found the package when she was in the laundry room. Definitely do not feel comfortable letting them handle any issue, no matter how easy. - The office is literally closed every weekend. They put up signs saying theyre closed for "high occupancy", pretty much giving themselves the weekends off.- Maintenance is horrendous. I am used to getting things done within 48 hours or so. Our AC broke down on us and there is only ONE technician that actually knows what hes doing in the whole complex. The others are still new and being trained. It got over 80 degrees in our apt where I have a 5 year old literally sweating inside. I work mid shift so I sleep when the sun is out too. He came in once, supposedly fixed it. The next day the same thing happened. A week later he showed up after we kept harassing the office. He came in and ADMITTED he did a half-ass job because he wanted to hurry and get home. He even said its OK for the apt to be 80 degrees, its normal. That set me off. I called the office and told them and they started having attitude with me for telling them what their technician said! The AC issue was not resolved for a whole MONTH and each time he showed up he just appeared aggravated and disgruntled. To this day the AC still reaches 78 on a 90 degree and up day. -Our toilet also started running for no reason which destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of makeup (GF works at MAC) that was on the floor. -The Dishwasher stinks too, leaving a stench on our plates. - Of course they open the pool and within a month of summer starting, close it for maintenance until further notice.- Laundry room is always full- When our 6 month lease was coming due, we received a notice saying our rent would increase $20 just for an additional 6 months, $780 going month to month and then our rent would stay at $735 only for a year. - No security. When I was at work on a Thursday night, 2 men banged on our door. My girlfriend was scared to death and couldnt even call a 24/7 security line. This happened again 2 weeks later and she had to call her father that lives around the corner to come see who it was and chase them away. Even though I work on base, the location was pretty good with the BWW, Wal-Mart and Dillons just down the street. Its a shame this complex was ruined by management.

I have lived in this complex for 2 years. Prior to this complex I lived in 5 others. This is by far, the best place I've lived in. When I rate it, I'm considering everything from the quality of living to the trash service. The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly and are thorough with repairs. At my renewal they had to raise rent that year, but in return they made 4 upgrades to my apartment as well as cleaning the carpets and touching up the paint on the walls. The windows and siding are great, my apartment never gets drafty in the winter. There's plenty of parking and they have garages too. They made a handicapped spot for me to park my van for my disabled daughter and they were super quick about it. The onsite storage is a great help and it's super affordable. Neighbors aren't great anywhere, but here most of them stick to themselves which is great! They use a security company that actually shows up (most complexes say that but you never see it). The location is perfect. Jason's Deli delivers FOR FREE. They offer pretty much every emenity. Here you get a beautiful AND affordable home. Awesome company. Great place to live. Tell them I sent you! :)

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I currently live here and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The management will straight up lie to you. I'm currently trying to get my AC fixed (one of the few maintenance orders that I've needed that seem to take weeks if not months to get done) that hasn't worked well since I moved in and hasn't worked at all for a couple weeks now. I recommend finding another apartment that is better managed.

My air conditioner stopped working. I called multiple times, sent emails, and tried to go to the office. They would say someone was coming and then no one would come to fix it. I still don't have a working air conditioner and I'm looking at new apartments. This is pathetic. This is considered a high level emergency and yet no one seems to even care to return a phone call. Don't live here!

I have lived here at North Park for six months and I am very pleased with the apartment. I have not had any negative interaction with the office staff. The apartment has nice modern appliances, ceiling fans, it is spacious and has great cross ventilation when the weather is cool. The exercise room is large with many different stations and a nice treadmill. The apartment is a little further away from McConnell AFB where I work but it is well worth the drive.

DO NOT consider this apartment community. Horrible lease plans, crappy customer service to their tenants in that when you receive packages or deliveries in the office, they will NOT call you or leave a message in your mailbox. They are clearly not too busy to provide that courtesy to their tenants. If you leave messages, the follow up is lousy and often you have to call more than once to get something done. The apartments need work inside. Old and outdated, cheap carpet, thin walls so you hear everything, and poorly insulated. Conveniently located but not worth what you pay for.
