We called to make our reservation on July 2, 2016. The person we spoke with was not a friendly person. When he asked about our unit I found him to be very discriminating. I explained that we needed the pull through unit as well as 50amp service. He then asked in a pleasant voice, do you have a coach? I said no that we have a Peterbilt with a living quarters Bloomer and his entire demeanor change. He said that he would not allow our unit into his facility because he has had problems with them in the past. I asked some questions and he was horribly rude by hanging up the phone. I would never recommend this facility ever!

We stayed here from 10/5/12 - 10/6/12 with our 2 dogs in our 32 ft 5th wheel RV. This RV park is in the middle of no where, but is very nice - well maintained, big spaces, level spaces with full hook up. It is a little different from the other RV parks that we stayed at in that we were not assigned a spot, which was nice considering it was not busy, & that they only accept cash or check payment. There is plenty of grassy areas & trees. While there are no dog walking trails, this was by far my 2 active dogs favorite place that we have stayed - the park is a big circle & the grassy areas surround the park & are large enough for them to run & play. The only 2 requests we would have to improve the park would be (1) signage not to turn right after passing the office, go straight ; & (2) have some mechanism for providing those checking in after hours with the free wifi code. Highly recommend for those passing through & need a place to stay - super quiet & right off of 135.

Management not very friendly about new customers. Had most spots empty yet told us we had to leave by 9am instead of 1pm because he had 2 customers coming the next day, even though there were at least 10 open spots. Charged us extra for our 12 year old daughter

We loved staying at this RV park. It may not look like much from the road, but it's quite nice and the couple that own it are kind and keep a good watch on the park.

My husband called just yesterday to make reservations as he will be in the area working for the next week. The guy asked what kind of camper we have and after telling him he said "we quit allowing those years ago" and was very rude. Needless to say we would not recommend this place. Seems to be for only new fancy campers.

This is a remote, away from the noise of the city RV Park. We like most everything about it. One problem, is the owner. He is the biggest jerk you'll encounter at any RV Park. He only comes around the sites to tell you what you are doing wrong. He has so many rules we can't keep track of them all. He does have security cameras covering every square inch of the park and he sits and watches them most of the time. He charges you for every little thing and doesn't have a problem using your electricity for his property..if you don't like he will tell you to find another park. He quoted us one price and charged us another higher rate when we arrived. His free wifi covers about the first three spaces...rest of the park...SOL! If you have a visitor they are only allowed to park by the office and walk to your site. My advice is to avoid the hassle and go on down to south 47th st and Broadway off I35. Its pretty nice, just near interstate noise. We will probably move after cold weather. Hope we get the deposit on the pool key we have back.

If you park your tow vehicle in any spot other than the one assigned, even for a short time, he will tell you to leave. The park had only had three other campers the whole week we stayed, but no matter rules are strictly enforced. My advice is to avoid the hassle and go to any other park in the area.
