My car was repaired and it was an inadequate repair. I gave them multiple attempts to get it right. They just mandated it in the other attempts and now it's showing again that it's uneven and it's not acceptable. I had to have a headlight replaced from Walser Mercedes dealership and they also noticed, some gluing and some brackets missing underneath my bumper I talk to the owner Jeromy he's refusing to take care of me or honor or warranty his work. I was out a deductible on my insurance. Also paid them almost $5000. I take care of my car as this is absolutely unacceptable. Please don't go to this dealership.

I have been doing business with Jeremy for 25 or 30 years. He has replaced cab corners on my pickup and fixed damage from several collisions and multiple hail storms for me. The work is always high quality, the service is excellent and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Norris Collision.

If the old saying " That all good things come in time" then Norris Collision does NOT live up to the saying. I was told 2 weeks or 3 weeks at the most and they would have the deer collision repair finished. 7 WEEKS AND 2 Days later I got the truck back with two missing pieces. I made the trip later to have the 2 missing pieces installed. I was originally told before the 7 WEEKS AND 2 days that my truck was ready. I drove to the HP to get the Salvage sticker but on the drivers side door frame. When I open the door to have the truck inspected, low and behold, the door latch breaks locking the door. I obviously have to crawl out of the passenger door to meet the Inspector. His last task was to put on the salvage sticker that could be placed on the door frame which was now impossible. So, the truck was returned to get the door handle fixed. Several days later pick up the truck again and then finally get the HP to apply the salvage sticker. I called on a regular basis to check in the progress, or lack of, and told them my other truck was overheating and I needed the one they had as quickly as possible. My other truck did overheat and now have mechanical problems with it which wouldn't of happened if the 2-3 week promise was kept. Approximately 2 weeks after the FINAL acquisition of the truck I received a phone call from Norris Collision letting me know the have a couple of hub caps for me that they forgot to install. I eventually make the considerably long drive to pick up the hub caps. The attendant didn't know anything about them and said he would ask others. After a couple of weeks not receiving a call as to the whereabouts of the hub caps I then call them. Now they have no idea who made the phone call and had never removed the 2 rims that were missing pieces. I have been very patient with these people but getting the blow off, now I am going to let others to consider another Collision Center.
