Love it. Creative and delicious food! I've loved everything so far. The falafel Nachos are amazing, definitely a great option, even for a picky person. And not to mention they are beautiful- an array of goodness and colors! The dumplings are out of the park awesome. Perfect texture of crispy wrapper and super savory mushroom leek filling, sweet and refreshing dipping sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds - a delicious addition I haven't seen before that makes a difference! Again, these would be a great option for anyone! I am really excited that they have a salad that has ginger in it, ginger is amazing. The hummus with veggies and falafel crisps is another solid option to snack on, the veggies are so fresh and yummy.Everything is super fresh, light, and local. Food you won't feel guilty about indulging in. Wichita needed more options like this! And everyone has always been super friendly. Check out their website to see their schedule!

Clean, local, and absolutely delicious! It's hard to pick a favorite so my husband and I usually pick different things so we can get a taste of it all. The Sesame ginger salad is probably my go-to and my husband loves the bbq sandwich. The potatoes are perfectly fried and the mushroom potstickers, yummmm. So thankful a healthy, delicious local food truck came on the scene here in ICT.

Black Bean Chipotle Burger with their famous wedge fries YUM YUM DELICIOUS!!! The Chipotle Burger a little bit of spice, the flavor is unreal! It's vegan, I'm far from being vegan, I could eat this everyday! It's just that good! I've order other things from their truck, it's never disappointing. Killer flavors, best service, they are always friendly!Go find them, follow and support their local food truck!

My favorite food truck! I wish it was a restaurant so I could eat their food more often. Not only are the owners environmentally minded, which is huge for me, but they also make really great food. The prices are reasonable and they donate all tips to charity. Nora's is leading the way in Wichita for sustainable, nourishing food! I'm so proud of Nora's. Wichita is lucky to have them!

Nora's is great! The wedges are so good it's hard to stop! They have lots of dipping sauce choices. The falafel is good. The people are nice. Now if we could only enjoy it more often!
