Nooks & Crannies Floral

I NEVER post Reviews. Positive or Negative. But despite their professional approach while placing the order and making a same day delivery, and thus making my daughter very happy, I can't but be ultimately extremely disappointed with what we got delivered versus what was advertised. This type of "bait & switch" is unbecoming of a upstanding business. Shame on them for feeling comfortable in taking my money and not delivering anything remotely close to what they advertised. Future buyers beware....

I called Nooks & Crannies to order an arrangement for my Grandfather's funeral service. Being in California, it's always a gamble when ordering items from out of state. But from the moment the phone was answered, the experience was wonderful. The woman was so sweet and helpful. I was very open to what the arrangement looked liked as long as it was white. Once my family in Kansas sent me pictures, I knew I'd made the right choice. They did a wonderful job and delivered the arrangement to the funeral home as well! Thank you for making a not so pleasant task being as pleasant as can be!

I'm extremely disappointed with my flower order from Nooks & Crannies. I purposely picked out an arrangement that I liked online and drove from a different city to pick them up for a funeral visitation.The roses were not normal size, they looked miniature and almost dead. I basically paid $62 for a few miniature, almost dead roses, carnations and baby's breath that I had to have them add in when I picked them up. When I got there the flowers did not have the white flower in them that I saw in the picture online on their website, they looked so pathetic. I asked the lady to add the white flowers in that they advertised on the web and she goes, oh the baby's breath? she added that but it still was a wimpy arrangement. I even ordered the deluxe which was supposedly a step above the basic arrangement for $62. Boy, did I get ripped off. I was actually embarrassed to even show up with these at the funeral home. This was definitely not the value that I expect when I pay $62. It was more like a $20-$30 value. I will never go here again.

I ordered flowers for my wife today. There was a misunderstanding with the cost of my order, which Nooks & Crannies was quick to fix. The price was good, and the delivery was very prompt. My wife was very impressed with the quality of the flowers. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service.
