Noel Masonry and Concrete

Called Noel to pour around a new pool installation including patios and concrete wall. After reviewing his masonry capabilities we designed and built the wall with a charcoal block and light colored cap. Both concrete and wall came out absolutely beautiful. His concrete and masonry finishers are very experienced and the end product shows it. Job well done and will call him in the future for masonry and concrete work.

Hiring Noel Masonry has turned out to be a very disappointing and stressful experience. We hired them in October 2020 to pour a patio/sidewalk project and a basketball slab. Now in February 2022, the project is still not completed and there has been zero communication from the owner. We went to court in December 2021 in hopes the company would be held accountable for finishing the work. We agreed on a new timeline through mediation. However, he hasn't delivered on those promises either.As I read positive reviews from other customers and compare dates, it extremely disappointing to see that Noel Masonry has been hired and projects completed before ours.At this point, we're going to move on and hire another company. It's unfortunate that the company is so unreliable and dishonest.

I had a new patio and sidewalk put in by Matt. It was contracted to be done in May of 2020, it was completed the first week in August 2020. That was 12 weeks of lies and excuses why they were not out instlling my patio. Finnally patio and sidewalk completed, and most of it looks to be OK. But in one area of the patio are 3 cracks forming and getting bigger daily. I called Matt and told him about it, tells me he will be out to look at it and never shows, at least 4 different times he stood me up. I don't know how many different times I heard I guaranty the work and finish product a 100%. That should have been a Red Flag when He voluntarily made that satement several times.I would look elsewhere for your cement project.

We have tried to get in touch with Matt Noel, owner of Noel Concrete over the past several months. He will not respond. He and his crew poured a sidewalk and patio for us about a year ago. The patio began showing cracks last spring, just six months after the job. The cracks continued to grow and expand throughout the summer. There is also an area that has been sinking at the bottom of the two steps. It is pooling water (there is a permanent ring showing discoloration from the sitting water to indicate this is happening). This cannot be the sign of a quality job. We called Matt late summer to discuss. He agreed to come over, then never showed up. We have called and texted him dozens of time but he is ignoring us. We want Matt's business to succeed, but you have to stand behind your work and make things right. Please call us Matt!

Do not recommend. They had quoted a job to do a sidewalk for me and the check was already written out to them due to it being part of the home sale. I made the mistake of telling them this. This company blew off my job roughly 6 times (I lost count). The owner of the company did not communicate. He wouldn't tell me that they couldn't do the job on the promised day and he wouldn't reach out to reschedule, leaving me to ask. After acknowledging I was upset, the owner tried to "make it right" but proceeded to blow the job off 2 more times. I felt disrespected and I did not feel valued as a customer what so ever. I have never posted a complaint about a company before and I'm not the kind that is upset easily, so I would listen to this review. Maybe they felt they just couldn't lose the job because the check was already written, so others may have more luck, but it shows a lot about their values as a company regarding respect towards their customers. I could only the assume by how little they did not care about me as a customer, that they wouldn't care about their quality either so I opted for another company.
