No Problimo

DO NOT count on No Problimo Inc. for your transportation. I worked with Kenzy Strawn for an evening of transportation for my whole family to celebrate my Father's 81st birthday. Paid a deposit of $150.00. As the date approached, I attempted to reach out multiple times to confirm, only to have her finally email me the day before the event and cancel. She will not respond to me at all regarding a credit for my deposit. The kind of concerns we all have with transactions like this. BAD BUSINESS.

The worst of the worst! They will take your money and not provide timely service or any service at all. Kenzie Strawn and Kris Keffer will charge your credit card and not provide services. When providing services they have no confidentiality policy.

This company went above and beyond for our family for my son's Make-A-Wish trip. They arrived early, the limo was clean & awesome looking. The driver we had each time was super nice. We will definitely be using this company again!! Just an overall awesome experience!!
