ZERO STARS! I ordered 3 things: Miso Soup, The Garden Salad and The Orange Trees Roll. The salad was the only item that was decent. The Orange Trees Roll is $16.95 and claims to be fresh snow crab but instead it came with obvious fake crab salad mix. Only half of the whole roll actually had fish on it and same with the avocado. The cucumber inside was clearly the rinds/green part only from the cucumber that is just lazy as well. The Miso Soup was extremely salty and after eating/drinking half of it, I found a huge piece of plastic, that was clearly not supposed to be there, in the soup cup. Gross Yes I do have photos evidence of all of this. (See photos) Don't go to this place, not worth the money.

Service was decent, there weren't many servers on either day we decided to visit so it took a while to receive our food. The monkey brain appetizer was not that good tbh. The mushroom was an overpowering flavor which I did not expect. The sashimi was thick and savory, and the tiger roll was worth the hype. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice enough, it was interesting watching the sushi chefs making every order not far from the tables. I would have loved to sit in the lounge area near the bar as they had such cute seating available there.

Delicious sushi and nice servers! Haven't been back in a while but last time we went we did pick up and it was done a few minutes faster than the 20 min expected time and in my experience they've never taken longer than what they'll tell you on the phone. Clean inside and classy, if you go for a Birthday ask for discreetly ask for the birthday robot so it can surprise the table! She sings happy birthday Opera style. 10/10!

This is a great find in the city of Wichita for sushi/sashimi enthusiasts. I was looking for something a little lighter for dinner and opted for takoyaki and some seared tuna. It was perfect. Will recommend it to others and come back when I'm in town again.

I was visiting for the first time. I first was very impressed by my server and her professionalism and ability to make my experience an incredible experience. I then witnessed her being shamelessly targeted by a coworker what I learned this coworker falsely accused her for stealing and I witnessed the server leaving in tears. The professionalism is very disturbing and no one should be talked and treated as such I will never comeback to this establishment because of the unprofessional behavior and attitude they possess

Ninza sushi is the best sushi spot in Wichita. The fish in the sushi rolls were fresh and very tasty. Ambience of the restaurant was good and the service was exceptional. "You" is the best sushi chef around

Service is almost always pretty bad. Tonight it was exceptionally terrible. Our server was training someone and kept touching her nose and her face and her hair while she was at our table and while she was walking around and then touching our plates and glasses with the same hands. My son had all of his food for a solid 15 minutes before I was even brought one thing to eat. I probably won't be back again after this experience.
