Ninja Sushi & Steak House

The food was awesome. But the waitress sucked. Ordered a Summer Roll but never got it. Not even a refill

Enjoyed this dining experience very much.My wife and I did the hibachi grill and it we delicious, entertaining and great service for the price. Food was prepared very good. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Order on the online link, got home to find out they shorter the order by two California rolls. Kids were disappointed.

New to town. Was very underwhelmed by this restaurant. I was taken directly to a table, I was not given the option of grill or table. And it was very hot in the restaurant. I understand that it is hot outside but it was uncomfortably hot inside. I ordered the filet mignon Teppanyaki with no veggies. I honestly don't think it was actually filet mignon. My steak was significantly over cooked, it had a burnt/chemically taste to it and there was no sauce.

Good Juicy Steak!!!! Nice small Family owned & Operated Garden City Hidden Treasure. Have a nice Dinner at the Hibachi Grill Table. Nice Staff & Great Cooks!!

The food was mediocre, some of the fish didn't seem very fresh. Also, the restaurant is dirty and god knows what's happening in the kitchen, very unsanitary. I probably won't be coming back.

Me and my husband come here almost every week. The food is great we always have a good experience. Workers are very nice and patient. This is personally our favorite restaurant.

Buyer beware! Spoke to owner (who work wouldn't give me his name!) re: dissatisfaction with 2 sushi rolls ($23.95) ordered for take-out last evening an hour before closing time. Order took 45 min. Got home to find rolls all crammed into container with no wasabi & no ginger. While eating, I pulled a 2 by 2 inch piece of plastic wrap out of my mouth which, if swallowed, could've caused serious digestive tract injury! Restaurant had closed by the time this happened. I called this morning & asked several times to be compensated. Instead, I was criticized for not calling last night, for eating the sushi, and for not taking a picture (although I did save the plastic wrap). This business obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Be forewarned before you give them your hard-earned money!

Zero stars.....This restaurant doesn't honor their own gift certificates! Owner is very rude and explained if I wanted my money back I should try hiring an attorney. I will not recommend or ever step foot in this restaurant. If your looking for sushi, better service head over to Osaka Steak & Sushi House in Garden City, KS.

If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would. NEVER have we had a waiter get upset at us for being ready to order 'too fast' ... it's almost comical but that's what happened. Little man in glasses who claimed to be an owner, told me we would have to wait until the other tables that were there before us ordered, before he would put our order in. I approached him at the counter to make sure I heard right. He immediately got upset and loud, telling me to understand that they are a dine in restaurant. Um, I'm sorry? I said we walked in knowing what we wanted to order (we order the same exact thing every time) because didn't have much time, that's why we were ready to order so fast, he said 'THIS IS A DINE IN RESTAURANT, you can't do that!!!' Mind blown. We'll never go there again. I'm hoping SOMEONE of significance sees this review. If the real owners read this, and in fact you are in business with this distasteful and unprofessional waiter, save your business and get rid of him.
