Nikkis African Hair Braiding

Worst customer service ever, the lady who does hair is very rude. I had the worst experience ever, never going back. I made an appointment, but when I got there the lady was not there, tried to call her, she said she would be back in a couple of minutes. I stayed there for almost 45 minutes, and then she showed up in the next 10 minutes. The first thing she told me she could not do my hair because it was too short, and did not provide any other alternative. She for got that I was there for almost an hour waiting for her, she did not apologize for keeping me there that long. I told her, think that's rude and I deserve an apology, she said I have no right to go to her salon and demand apology or tell her what do to. Just to cut the story short, she is not friendly, she is proud and very rude. Would not recommend anyone.
