NCRI - National Catastrophe Restoration

I have had two different experiences with NCRI in the last five years. At my old house, they helped with water damage from the roof. They were professional, helpful and did a great job with the work. Then, a few months ago our basement flooded while we were gone for 4 days - we came home to standing water! We called around 4:00 pm, and they were at my house the next morning at 8 am (there had been a TON of flooding in the area, so they did the best they could). Within 6 hours my entire basement had all the carpet removed (all our furniture/kids toys/storage items were down there to begin with), and big fans and humidifiers set up. I was so thankful - the gross smell went away, and the drying process could begin. We could NEVER have done what they did in that amount of time. I highly recommend NCRI of you need emergency work done!
