Napoli's Italian Restaurant

As always the food was delicious. The rolls hot and the OGB perfect.The owner takes pride in the quality and service.

Extremely disappointed It was so bad that I thought we were on a tv prank show. It started the moment my wife and I entered and noticed the stuff hanging around the bar on there phones laughing and talking as if everyone was on break. The service Was unbelievably bad while the food is not at all worth the price. It's comical that this place is still in business.

This place has very delicious Italian food! I highly recommend for anyone that needs some delicious comfort food and a great atmosphere too. I for got take a picture of what I got, but it was on the lunch menu. The pasta sampler. It had a huge ravioli, piece of lasagna and a manicotti. It was out of this world delicious! Don't make the mistake of driving past! Next time I will get a picture!

I recently wrote a review on the other Napoli's Italian Restaurant in Garden City because I believed it was the same as this one and was mistaken. This is what I wrote:My family went to Napoli's in Garden for the first time. We love the Napoli's in Ponca City Oklahoma. Unfortunately our experience was nothing like our previous visits in Ponca City. Garden Napoli's let us down. Our waiter was rude, making impatient sounds while we ordered. He was acting frustrated when my daughter had to take a moment to decide what she wanted as she had never been to any Napoli's restaurant before, she just needed a second to choose something. The bread was old, hard and disgusting. When we asked for fresh bread he argued with us, lying & saying it had just been made. The bread was so hard you could hit it on the table and it didn't come apart. The tea was way too strong, we were unable to drink it. When we requested water, our waiter never brought the water. We had to ask another waitress to bring us some water. My daughter ordered chicken fettuccine. The chicken was pale, rubbery and disgusting. My husband ordered a calzone, the bread was stale tasting with a hardness in comparison to previous calzones from Ponca City restaurant. I ordered manicotti and became very ill afterwards. Our waiter did not take care of us so another waitress stepped in. We left a tip for the waitress. The waiter stole the tip. When we asked to speak to the manager, the waiter said he was the manager. My husband asked the waitress if she would get her part of the tip, she told him that she did not receive her tips like she is supposed to. Our family will never return to this location.As an update I would like to add that I had become sick from my meal for the evening and into the next day. It was very uncomfortable traveling home as we are not from Garden City. Our family, parents and brother had also been with us to eat that day. They had similar issues with their food being unsatisfactory. Now that we have been home, we received our bank statement and found that we have been overcharged on our bill. We left the tip on the table so that did not need to be taken out of the bill. We had three people on our bill and were charged triple what we should have been! I will be contacting the restaurant to ask for this to be fixed.

Never coming back here. I came in with a group of friends and I wasn't hungry so I didn't order anything. When the food came out, the waiter gave me a plate. I thought it was going to be complimentary and I didn't want to be rude and refuse it. When I went to the checkout to thank them, he charged me $20 for a lousy chicken alfredo!!!! I did it which I really regretted and a friend went back to get my money back. They rolled their eyes and lied about how much I paid and only gave her $14. Worst customer service ever.

Quite shocking when I got my bill to see a charge for the oil. Waitress needs to find her outside voice, barely could hear her, and she took our drinks and had the table clear off before we sign the bill. Not impressed at all. Food was good, but would have like to washed my food down with my overpriced drinks I paid for.

I had the pasta sampler plate which was delicious. The marinara sauce was excellent. Service and ambience was the best. I will definitely be back.

Great place to have a date or hang with friends, enjoying the food, roolls, and music. My husband and i enjoyed our dinner. It was kidda full, but still a good service

If you're desperate for Italian food, I guess this is the place to go. Food was subpar and service was terrible.

0 stars if i could!! I had high hopes due to being an Italian food lover but, the chicken was very dry even though it was covered in sauce....that takes talent. THEY ARE NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY!!! When i brought it to their attention, they didnt care! i still have to pay for 2 dishes i didnt eat and gave one back! Service was a 2/10. She only came by twice and I had to flag her down. The only good thing was the sodas!
