I booked an appointment online - like I always do. Set my appointment 3 hours in advance and showed up 5 minutes early. At no point did anyone update me on my appointment or let me there would be a delay. They just had me sit there for 15 minutes before I finally got mad and left. The owner later reached out to me and said she intended to call me and ask me to come in later and that the delay was unforeseen. She thought about calling me and didn't - and no one thought to alert me when I showed up. I made an appointment, don't take walk ins and have them run over your appointment time if you can't accommodate them. It is that simple. Not honoring your appointments and stacking as many walk ins as you can just makes you look greedy

The best pedicure and acrylic nails I ever received were here! I enjoyed a rejuvenating jelly pedicure, and my nail shape and design were flawless. The price was unbeatable for the quality I received.

First visit for a "classic" pedicure. Very happy with my groomed toes!! Good polish selection and Rosie was very helpful as I was trying to find the right red. Recommend. Going back for "tips and dip."

Alisa did such an amazing job on my nails! She helped me pick out the cutest design and made sure that I 100% loved them before I walked out the door!10 out of 10! Would recommend!

My last minute appointment during layover turned out great: quick service, welcoming staff, overall very clean salon. Quality of work is good too considering my hands aren't easy to fix. Would return.

I am a repeat customer the staff is consistently friendly and the salon is spotless! The pricing is fair and they have a huge selection of polish to choose from. They are a great local business to support and seem to treat employees well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to try

So disappointed. The owner assured me he'd have four technicians at 6:30 pm. By 7:05 they've taken two of us and haven't even said a word about leaving us other two sitting. We have reservations for dinner to meet. I really hoped to support this entrepreneur but they lack management and civility. He lied to me!

I got my first dipped manicure two days ago! I LOVED it! Unfortunately, on the third morning after the manicure, one of the nails got a pretty big chip. I was so sad, because they had told me it would last two to three weeks. As soon as I saw the chip, I went it to see if they would fix it, since it had really only been two days. A lovely lady fixed it without hesitation! (I believe it was the owner). Not only did she fix the one nail with the chip, but she went around to ALL my nails and fixed them up a little bit! I was so happy with how they turned out and then she said there would be no charge! I will definitely be coming back in the future!
