Called in and had a time schedule to keep that they accommodated. The girl did a fantastic job on my nails with a dip that lasted almost a month (before it was time to redo)

Honestly, I had the worst experience as a customer. I am one who is use to getting my nails done regularly. First off, they forget that I wanted to get my nails done, after getting my toes then proceeded to take my left over dip nail polish off painfully! And spoke to me rudely. I didn't not feel pampered, instead I felt rushed and just a number they needed to get through quickly. Also once I had shown them where a few mistakes were make, they did not try to fix them then on the spot, but to however wait till the next time.

I adore this nail salon! they are amazing at following exactly what you want and are super affordable. The great service keeps me coming back again and again!

i always go here. they do a decent job and it's rather cheap. very friendly staff. i would definitely recommend Tom!!

Absolute worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Had an appointment at 6, got sat around 6:15ish then sat there until about 6:45. It's a nail show and I know waiting is typically expected. But that's not even the bad part. The nail tech then started my feet, cut the nails, did no shaping to them, then says I'm going to put this stuff on here then let it sit for a while so I can "scrape all the crust off your feet". Then goes outside for his cigarette break, got locked out and had to go all the way around to get back in. Then gets back, puts my feet up and says wow you have big feet, what is it like 10/11...no it's 8.5, we'll that's 10 in mens right, looks like really big feet. Didn't massage my feet just pounded on the bottom. Then the paint job was horrible.... Just take a look! I understand you want to get home and I'm your last customer, but 1. It's not my fault you are running behind, and 2. Don't try and cram everyone and their mom in if you're not wanting to stay and do the job correctly!

My nails were rushed and done very poorly. My cuticles were left bleeding. Acrylic was left around my nail on the skin, nails are in even and bumpy. I don't recommend coming here and I won't be back.

I highly do not recommend this place. I was charged an EXTRA $5 for a full set of coffin shaped nails that were so poorly shaped and uneven. It was the quickest full set I've ever received and I will most likely not be going back! The staff was also not the greatest. My nail artist hardly said a word and the front desk lady was not very welcoming. I believe that I was overcharged for a set of nails that did not meet my expectations. If you are looking for an area that will meet your expectations, my advice to you is to not come to this place.

Quickest pedicure I've even had in my life. I'm thinking it was not even worth the $25. Terrible terrible terrible. Bad customer care-she didn't listen when I told her about the skin around my toe nails, she didn't care to or offer anything when I asked about more than a basic pedi and I sat there with my feet in the plain water for 20 minutes before she even showed up to do the service that then only took 15 minutes!! I got oil slapped onto my legs when she was done, a hot towel slapped on top of the oil to wipe it away, no lotion, I enjoyed the chair and the color on my toes. The color looks great. That is it. I guess you get what you pay for.... In Wichita you pay $25 more and it lasts 20 min longer and they offer you a whole menu to choose from....I wish this place did the same. I normally tip $20 when I'm taken care of... so we all lost that day, sadly. Then in the afternoon I came back and asked for a fill and a fix on two nails. The lady who did it asked lots of questions and did a very great job. She listened to me and they're absolutely beautiful! I will only let her work on me next ...if I ever go back.

one of the ladies there had a whole hand shorter then the other, i had just got my nails done today, and one is already falling off and chipping, im used to getting my nails done the same every time, one of the ladies too a whole almost two hours! the lady that stands up front is really nice though!

I used to use this salon exclusively but I won't go back. Most unfriendly place ever. Took my granddaughter for her 1st manicure and she was so excited but nobody spoke to her or made her feel special. Disappointed. The last time I went was a repeat.
