The only nail place I can go to get a consistently good dip manicure that doesn't chip, even if I can't make it in for 3 to 4 weeks! Ann is my go-to nail tech!

Personally to me, the key to finding a good nail salon is finding a good nail technician. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional, but most of all I love Kim (Kim "Tall" is what you refer to when requesting her because there's 2 different Kim's). Another one of My FAVORITE aspects about this nail salon is they introduced me to "The Dip." It's the powdered dip gel that is 10 times better than shilac, hundreds of colors, lasts longer and doesn't do any damage to your real nails- it helps them grow too. So I guess my only issue is that sometimes I'll have an appointment but I'll still have to wait for my nail tech, so I make sure I'm not in too much of a time crunch when I go in. Please try Nails by Emily and try "The Dip!"

I had a appointment for two o'clock and sat for a hour until I left i guess it's okay to over book and what's the point of making appointments if u have to wait a whole hour after the scheduled time for service this isn't the first incident like this in a previous visit to the same nail salon I had a set appointment and the owner gave my time slot to a walk in and I had an appointment and was on time.

Customer service was really nice but the talent was NOT. I had so much lifting on my acrylics and I've never had this bad of problems with my nails lifting or breaking :(( had high expectations from the recommendations but I was MAJORLY let down.

I've been here twice and have always had a good experience. Recently I had asked for this design (left) and Violet nailed it (right photo).

Yesterday 8/20/22. The young man doing my mom's manicure said that he "got stuck doing her regular manicure because he got to work late and when they're late those are the people they get." Her mail polish also chipped off later in the day and she had to repaint her nails herself. Are regular manicures not worthy of excellent service as well? The young lady doing my pedicure was nice, but at one point asked me if I "just wasn't feeling well" because I am a very quiet person and wasn't speaking to her. Also the young man doing my manicure asked how much I wanted trimmed off my nails and I said just a little because I had worked really hard to not break them and he said "like normal?" So I said "yeah." When he showed my my pinky mail it looked good. When he started trimming my other nails, I could tell he was cutting them completely. I have no nails now. This place seems to favor their regular clientele and those that pay for more expensive services. Will not be back.

Take your money somewhere else! The two times we have been there - WITH APPOINTMENTS - they were overbooked. Our first visit, I sat for more than an hour in the acetone soak before Emily acknowledged me again, and when she finally started on my nails, kept getting up and doing other things. Today was the same experience but it was my daughter that sat in acetone for more than an hour before Emily acknowledged her. It was only after she got up and started taking everything off herself that Emily came over and said, "Ill be with you in a minute, sweetie... please don't be mad at me. I'll give you 10% off of your next appointment." We left without her nails getting done and will not be back. I understand things can get busy but if you are already overbooked, don't keep adding. While we were sitting there 3 other women came in and she had them all seated and I'm certain they all sat and waited for more than an hour too. Ridiculous. It's okay to turn customers away if you are too busy or under staffed. We will not be back and I would recommend going somewhere else!

I read some of the negative reviews and am concerned. Emily always tries to make sure a nail tech is ready for my appointment. I've seen people walk in there 10-20 minutes before closing and get served. Many times the techs there work for 30 minutes to an hour after closing.I've also see them clean and sweep at least twice a day ...

Great place to get your nails done for any occasion! Emily will hook you up with the greatest new designs and even traditional ones. I came in and was greeted by friendly staff and a nicely decorated environment. Would highly recommend!

Sent my daughters for a pedicure today and they are awful they used shellack and only one coat so it's just terrible. I used to go for may nails but they got so cheap they cracked and chipped with in a week so I started going to a new salon. I figured they couldn't mess up a pedicure boy was I wrong! Please don't waste your money at this salon it's not worth it.
