This place used to be so good!Chicken shawarma didn't have much chicken and the chicken lacked flavor. The shawarma sauce was just mayonnaise.The hummus tasted stale and as if it had sat in an unopened container in a refrigerator for too long.Baklava was so dry it fell apart during delivery.Service was quick to get my food to the delivery driver.

Great service, good food, satisfying menu choices, in a fun atmosphere with clean environment. Will try everything on the menu!

I am a Fan of N & J's. Everything from the hummus, salads and my favorite the Kafta Burger. Today we just had salads for lunch but felt we deserved a treat. The dessert is amazing. They even have gluten free options. They are busy at peak times so service maybe a little slow but totally worth it if you're not in a hurry. Nicest staff!

I've been coming to this restaurant for twenty years. The ownership has changed a few times I think. Sometimes it is very good. Other times it's pretty mediocre. Today I'm having the Friday lunch special which is kebbe w yogurt sauce and lentil / spinach soup. The soup is fantastic with a good punch of lemon. The kebbe is served on rice and is moist but the yogurt sauce is dry and missing the expected twang. The last time I was here, the beef Schwarma was pretty tough. So, two times in a row now that I'm not especially impressed.

I use to go to N and J cafe a lot when I worked on the east side. It's been awhile since I've eaten there. I ate there last Friday and was disappointed. The humus was lumpy, not smooth and creamy like it's suppose to be. The pita bread was served cold, pita chips were borderline burnt and the music was alternative rock. They played a very offensive song. The only thing that tasted good was my cabbage rolls.

This was amazing food and a great, calm atmosphere with perfect music and friendly staff. We got the kebab platter, falafel, cup of soup, and pistachio baklava. Plus a local kombucha. Wish we lived closer we would be here ALL the time. Long live N & Js.

I recently dined here and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The food tasted stale and lacked any resemblance of authenticity. Even their hummus was a letdown, with a bland and unpleasant flavor. As for the chicken shawarma, it was a complete miss, lacking any flavor and tasting like it had been sitting out for hours. & double charged me for my meal- had to go and tell mgmt. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!
