Wonderful groomers, great service, very friendly staff. My thumper looks great and I will definitely be back! He also loved those treats. Don't pay no attention to the 1 star review below. She bad mouthed them all over the internet. I saw multiple complaints from her cause she didn't have the necessary paperwork. They need proof of distemper and rabies shots with vets name. It's to protect them from getting sick from being bit. Pretty sad she gotta try to ruin a business for something that's entirely her fault. She is actually the entire reason I decided to make them my groomer. Her rating did the opposite lol.

Wonderful inclusive environment, took my former shelter dog in when Petco groomers stressed him out. I love that he gets social interaction here with dogs who are verified to have had their shots. Pay extra for some fun chalk designs/colors; they are so worth it!

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I got called into work, so I tried to call the groomers to reschedule. They are closed Mondays (I did not know this prior). I texted to move the appointment to Friday, this is 15 hours prior to my appointment. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you pay a fee. I was fine paying a fee and moving it to Friday. Until I was told the cancellation fee is the full price of service. I am sorry but the message that is texted should state, "The full amount will be charged to your account if cancelled", not, "a cancellation fee will be added to your account". I assumed this would be an extra $20 as its a fee, not the entire full price.I understand not showing up and having these fees to protect yourself, but I moved my appointment and fully intended to keep my business here as I have for months now. I could not cancel 24 hours prior because they were closed today (Monday). So, I am rating 1 star due to poor communication and crappy rules that are not clearly stated. I will be finding a new groomer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could leave zero stars I would.My dog went to them for a handful of visits and it was known that my dog hated the high velocity blow dryer. It has been documented on her chart since the very first appointment.I took her into them today for another grooming appointment. When dropping her off, the groomer said "Oh Sadie I know you hate the blow dryer"And I said "yes Sadie absolutely hates the blow dryer"That conversation proves that she understood that my dog would not tolerate the blow dryer well and with the documented information provided, she should use the fan instead.Then about an hour after leaving I received a phone call saying that Sadie got aggressive with the groomer when she was using the high velocity blow dryer on her. Because of that my dog had become extremely stressed. They no longer wanted to see Sadie again due to the aggression and needed us to come pick her up.It is so disappointing and harmful to my dog and any dog in the future that they groom, when they ignore specific and documented information about the dogs that they are serving.When you are paying for a service, and your dog has specific needs (like needing to be dried with a fan instead of the high velocity dryer) and those are ignored, the trust is broken and your dog suffers because of that.Do not take your dog here to be groomed, because their needs will be overlooked and completely ignored!!And after speaking with the owner about the situation with her groomer it is clear that the compassion is lacking and they do not know how to take responsibility for the mistakes made.

Warning: this place will give you a price and then pad the bill. They've done that twice and I won't give them a third chance. In particular, they charged an extra fee for one of our dogs allegedly trying to bite the groomer. The dog is question is the most docile creature imaginable. Not once in her life has she bitten anyone, including previous groomers. So, if she actually did snap at the groomer at this place, I wonder what they were doing to her. They added $40 extra in charges, which is just ludicrous and I assume that if you don't pay, you don't get your dog back. Who knows? I will not trust our loved ones to these people ever again.

There's not a lot of dog grooming places here in Wichita so I gave this place a second chance after the first time they messed up my dogs hair cut completely. The day I booked the appointment the lady who took the reservation told me all shot records look good, an HOUR before my appointment I get a call cancelling because one of my dogs was missing a shot that expired a week or two before. I took off work driving from newton to drop them off and they call an hour before to cancel. I've seen these reviews before so I should have known. Go to other places and don't waste your time here!

I cant even give a rating. Groomer was inform how my poodle is groomed. They decided to shave his ears and tail off, and told me I know you wanted his ear and tail long but, I think his short ears are cute....NEVER does a groomer have a right to make a decision for a customer. Pick up the phone, ask if sitting there!!!. Even if a issue, hair matted at ends...you communicate, you save what you can, not do as you please. When your dog hangs his head in shame, and your kids bust out laughing at how ugly he looks...that is shameful to the fullest on this groomer. I drove 2.5hrs and paid a fortune for my poor dog to hid in shame. NOT HAPPY!!. I will drive the 8hrs to a groom who communicates, and treats my dog with care and respect.

Worthless POS company!! We took our 3 dogs in there to be groomed and was told that the appointment would stand with paperwork provided, shots paperwork provided but the lazy owner called us and said she decided she didn't want to do grooming and we would have 10 minutes to pick them up before the animal control would pick them up abandonment!! And when I show up the dog are running lose outside with no leashes down and she advised that she called her husband (WPD) for the loose dogs running around report, when I asked why she was being like this in a civil manner she said your done here and threw out my shot paperwork out the door so I had to go chasing them along with my three dogs!! WOW!! Unbelievable....please share so that others won't have to experience this crazy ladies behavior with their pets!!

get ready to be nickled and dimed. they also aren't very friendly or accommodating should you have to change appointment times. customer for years and it didn't matter. also, they say they express anal glands but often our dogs are still scratching/scooting around after the appointment. don't recommend and won't go back.

I've taken my two golden doodles and miniature schnauzer here a few times now and I absolutely love the work they do! My fur babies always coming back looking spiffy and they do it for a great price. My only complaint, is I wish they would remind you with your appointment reminders to ensure your dogs are up to date on their shots. I've been turned away twice after making trips from mulvane to get my dogs groomed because I didn't check their vaccine records to make sure they were up to date. It is my responsibility to make sure they're up to date as the owner of course so I can't fault them for that. But just a small heads up to remind me since I am on a hectic work schedule and forget on occasion to double check their vet records.
