The park has really worked hard on keeping up on everything and have a wonderful maintenance staff that really know what they're doing. The events that they hold are great and are free for the residents that live here. They stocked the pond so there are great sized fish to catch! Really glad to see the great job they have been doing!

New ownership is amazing, staying on top of maintenance & updates as needed. Very helpful staff members! Affordable prices and location is perfect for McPherson college students.

We stayed 7 nights at Mustang properties in McPherson. Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. The maintenance men ask several times if they could help us, and found a ladder the day we were leaving so we could get the nuts off our slide before putting it in. We will definitely be staying again when we need to be in McPherson. We were at the end of a row of tiny houses that are VERY cute, and no neighbors close. It was just like a regular neighborhood.

Well, where do I start. First off I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This place is the trashiest place I have ever lived. When we originally purchased our trailer 3 or 4 years ago the park was under different management, and we never had any problems with the previous owners. Today however the new management staff are very uneducated, money hungry, and just plain lazy. I don't complain very often but with the responses I have gotten the last few months from the management staff I want people to know the truth about owning a trailer in mustang properties! My husband and I pay lot rent, but for what you ask, I don't really know? The mustang staff does not mow any vacant property and yes this includes the land by the pond where many people enjoy taking their dogs on a walk or swim and kids to go fishing! They claimed their mower was broken all last summer and couldn't mow it (for 3 whole months),guess what these same mowers where broken this year too; so several of our neighbors young teens asked for a job mowing the lots for them, they declined every person that went in there to offer any sort of help. They finally mowed for the first time when the grass was knee length! During the winter storm that hit us in December or January, many tree limbs fell down where you couldn't even drive down the road. The managers told us they would send around trucks to pick up the limbs if we made a pile in our yard, well guess what it took 4 months for that truck to come by and pick the limbs up and it was because our neighbor called herself to get a tree service down from Wichita! They have a receptionist that clearly doesn't know how to use a phone to do things like that herself, why is she even getting paid if other people are doing her job? These owners are from out of state and have clearly no idea what it means to be hospitable. Over the last few weeks we have witnessed several trucks and cars (of the management staff) driving through several peoples back yards, why you ask, because they are to lazy to use the paved roads to get to and from one side of the tailor park, so they just made their own road through everyone's back yard (keep in mind this is where children often play, its just asking for a lawsuit)! Today was kind of my last straw a few of the older community in the trailer park are moving out to a nursing home and are trying to sell their property, When arriving home and seeing their for sale sign gone from their front yard today I called to see if they sold their house! Talking with our neighbor she tells me mustang properties made their realtor take down her for sale sign because it was on their property! EXCUSE ME how is anyone going to sell their home? These realtors are trying to bring in more customers to pay mustang properties and they are telling them they want all open house signs, and all FOR SALE signs taken down? These owners do not no the meaning of taking care of these properties. When we go to sell our home you bet your bottom dollar I am throwing a fit when they tell me to take down our for sale sign, I am paying my realtor to sell my home so that sign is staying up, period!!p.s. the roads are terrible spend some of the money we give you each month on that and stocking the pond for people to enjoy fishing!!! Sincerely, a very unhappy home owner that is counting the days until we move!
