This is an interesting record shop. It's definitely not big. It's a tucked away "mom and pop" shop that's connected to a convenience store. This is a very small shop, has more of a thrift store feel than a typical record shop. If you're interested in r-n-b and hip hop this is likely more a four star location for you, because that is definitely what they specialize in. A decent amount of used vinyl, but no rock, pop, or indie selections. No new vinyl, some cassettes. They definitely specialize in 90's r-n-b, hip hop, etc. A lot of singles, probably a really good place if you're a DJ still actually spinning. I found the woman running the shop to be very friendly and charming. Cool overall vibe just a smaller, very specialized shop. You're not going to get the new LCD Soundsystem here but you may find an obscure Color Me Badd 12inch single still sealed. I picked up a nice used copy of Paula Abdul's "Forever Your Girl" LP, the 12 inch of "Opposite's Attract" and a sealed 12in PM Dawn single. Prices were good and all in all a fine experience.
