Mopar Parts Dept

This business took so long to actually get around to shipping me the part I ordered, my mechanic had already ordered, received and installed the entire system. THEN, they would not take the unopened part back!! BEWARE, they are slow and have horrible business ethics.

So frustrating I am hoping an executive with a brain will read this and respond. When we bought our 2007 Dodge Ram, we did our homework and all in all we LOVE our "Beast" BUT, in a few short years, we have had 5 parts recalled, and several had to do with safety. We waited months and months to get significant parts fixed while literally risking our lives. We decided, so goes the world, but in 2014 our Dodge Ram, threw an air compressor, threw metal through the system and also blew a blower fan. close to 3K later, we thought, well, np , this will last the life of the vehicle. NOT. In less than 3 years, the SAME EXACT TWO PARTS, went out, and now we are looking at a 2800 to 3000 repair bill, and told? too bad we only cover those parts for two years, and you drove a lot anyway! So now that the California central valley hits 104, my combat vet hubby with thyroid issues who cannot do extreme heat looks at me, and with other medical? I have no idea how we are supposed to fix this. IN the meantime? as we are trying to save to repair this? The WINDSHIELD CLEANER WATER DISPENSER QUIT, yet another little expensive part. So I am saying, WHAT GOOD IS DIESEL IF THE REST OF THE PARTS ARENT MADE TO LAST? MOPAR YOU GET A HUGE THUMBS DOWN FROM US, AND EVERY SWEAT WE ARE SHARING WITH EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT MOPAR PARTS.

I recently purchased a used diesel truck that had some issues with the DEF system that wasn't caught in the buying process. They apologized for it not being caught and got it in to be worked on immediately. They have been giving me updates as they fix it and have been extremely easy to deal with. To top it all off they felt as though since it should have been caught they are covering all costs of repairs! These guys are great and being very patient through the whole process.
