Mooreman's Southside

Mooremans is a great bar. Might be the oldest that has been operational under the same owner in Pittsburg, opening in 1983! It has a great atmosphere, drink prices, and specials. Great to watch the game or grab some drinks with friends. The deli is great too! Get the chips and queso!

My favorite bar in town. Very friendly atmosphere and great prices on drinks. Most of the time the owner will be waiting to shake your hand as you close the bar down. Very very friendly.

Beer is always cold and the help they have there is prob the best in town, nice and know how to mix, full bar of top and bottom shelf and they will mix a good one up for you. And when you get hungry all you have to do is order up one of there hand made sub sandwiches, all the meat and bread is made right around Pittsburg fresh all the time and piled high and great prices.

Mooreman's is the best bar to get a shot. They have a menu listing all of the shots/bombs they offer. My favorite bombs are the Pitt State bomb and the rootbeer float bomb. Mooreman's also offers a food menu with sandwich's and other menu item such as chips and queso. If you got to Mooreman's after 11 PM on a weekend, you will be waiting out the door to get in. The bar can get very crowded.

Not the worst bar I've ever been to but definitely not the greatest. Bartender didn't know her drink menus and way over poured my drink but at least she was nice. Also they have a dance floor but music is super quiet and no one was dancing. Just all around pretty dead.

Went once, weird set-up, but big space. Prices are cheap, but the drinks tasted watered down. The crowd is ok.
