Pet chased flowers for a funeral. The staff was very helpful in picking out flowers. I would recommend them to others. Great service.

I just want to say thank you to Moore Flowers for their beautiful art they delivered to a friend who lost a loved one. I wasn't sure what to get so I opted to use their designers choice option. I could not have imagined a more beautiful arrangement and my friend loved it as well! I went local and I'm so glad I did, thank you Moore Flowers for the work of art!

I called from out of town wanting to send flowers to a family member who had a rough day. They were very kind over the phone and got them delivered to their house in about an hour.

Pros: Beautiful flowers. Interesting shop with cute gifts. Well packaged bouquet. Cons: Stems aren't labeled with individual prices. Staff was rude, inattentive, not helpful, and unfriendly. Pricey.

Horrible customer service, they dudnt want to create a boutineer or corsage for a prom VERY disappointed & will never recommend them for any of important occasions or moments. Im sorry a prom is not thst important to you JUST weddings!!! Should not even get 1 star!

I was very pleased with the next day delivery of flowers to my aunt. I requested some modification to the online photo & they accommodated whike keeping the look of the arrangement I'd selected. Moreover my aunt was pleased to get them & we've comment how fresh they've stayed over the last 5 days. This was not my first purchase from Moore's & it won't be my last!

Moore Flowers blows me away every time! They take my generic description and turn it into a bouquet better than I could ever imagine. I've not seen a flower shop in Wichita that compares on quality and creativity. I've used them many times for headstone flowers. You can't go to the craft store and create what this shop does for the price or look. They also last forever in the weather conditions of Wichita. I've ordered fresh bouquets as gifts and am always so happy with the turnout. Quit going to the supermarket for your flowers, shop local, and you will fall in love with this shop just as I have!!

Very weird experience talking to them about wedding flowers. It was my first stop, and although I emailed to set up the appointment in advance, I was not told the information I should come prepared with. The number of church pews, the shape of my bouquet, etc. were items I did not know about. They had no photos to show me pertaining to the shape of the bouquet. Not being a florist, all I knew was the colors and some of the flowers I might like. They told me they could talk to me one more time before the wedding which was ten months away. Was very pricey compared to other florists, although I will say their work is beautiful. Just way more than what I needed. Overall I did not feel comfortable using them even though everyone recommended them. I am not a picky bride, but it was very weird that they had a limit on talking to me when my first appointment was basically useless.
