Moody Heating & Air Conditioning

I've used them few times in the past for our AC through our home Warrenty. Till I had to call em for our humidifier which wasn't covered by our home warrenty. For around 25 min of work they send me a bill for around $200. The bill showed they charged me $98 for the valve that was replaced. I googled the same valve and it turned out between $10-$12.I know each company have a service charge of X amount which will applied to the repair however that was not the case here.I called I was hoping the owner tells me it was typo error. Not only that he was very adamant that his charge was reasonable for 25 min of work.I ended up paying the balance and told him next time when I need service I'll make sure my Home Warrenty send me a different company.Now simple rule of business is hold on tight to your customer rather than advertise for a new one.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Moody. I had 6 other companies out for a problem with my furnace before the Technician from Moody's came out, correctly diagnosed my problem, PLUS FIXED IT in a shorter time than some of the other companies spent "looking at it". I am so relieved to have it fixed! On top of that, my bill was completely reasonable. These people have service down to a tee! I would highly recommend them!
