Momoya - Ramen and Sushi

A decent quick bite from friendly staff! My boyfriend and I came here and were greeted right away. We ordered the gyoza, fried tofu, combination fried rice (chicken and beef), and the chicken teriyaki. Overall, I'd say our food was pretty average as nothing really stuck out to us but it did the job. The teriyaki was probably my favorite over everything. However, pros were definitely that our food came out very fast and hot, the service was friendly, and the prices were pretty decent, overall!

My rolls were good. The rolls was significantly bigger than what I'm used to in the city. Which is good! Came during lunch. Service was fast, and it was definitely a place I'll come back to check out.

Friendly staff. Ordered spicy tuna roll and chicken teriyaki. Tuna roll had no spice, wasabi was very mild. Chicken teriyaki was good but rice was a little over cooked. Nice place, nice people but food was average.

Pork ramen sounder good last night, and it was okay, tasty but didn't wow me. Substance in the bowl was lean, and could have been better with additional "stuff". The noodles were a little larger than traditional ramen noodles. I also ordered the tempura shrimp appetizer which arrived after the ramen. These had a thick batter, not a typical tempura. These were not a favorite.

I come from Kansas City and I am working in Salina temporarily. I have been here twice and I really enjoy it. I haven't got to try everything on the menu yet but their sushi is top notch and I really enjoy the chicken fried udon entree. The service is great, and it hasn't ever been a long wait to pick up my food. We have many great places like this in KC, so I am extremely happy to find this place here during my 3 month stint. Honestly this place could move and open to KC and probably put several places out of business. The only negative I would give is- a larger portion of wasabi for the sushi order. I have no problem asking for it, and I will going forward. PS: a must eat if in Salina and you like this type of food. She does an amazing job and always smiling.

Nice people. Mediocre food.I ordered Sashimi lunch special 8 pieces sashimi and 1 classic role. I got 2 pieces of fake crab and 2 pieces of egg as part of the sashimi. Sashimi is fish, not fake crab and eggs. They had plenty of other fish to choose from, why not yellowtail or Mackerel?

I'm a big consumer of Asian cuisine. I also cook ethnic foods from many different cultures. Tonkotsu ramen is supposed to be made with pork, and specifically that's high in gelatin such as hooves. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen from this restaurant. The smell of dead fish was so strong it was almost vomit inducing. The noodles were the wrong kind of noodles. The egg look like it had been properly marinated, but it was whole and I didn't open it to see if it was properly soft boiled. The pork belly looked correct, but again the over powering bad fish smell put it right into the trash. I travel the U.S. Canada, and Mexico. Believe it or not I've had better (not completely accurately prepared) but better ramen in Mexico. I ordered my food to be delivered, so I can't tell you anything about the ambience, or service. Food quality was poor. Sorry I just have to be honest in my reviews. Also do not eat sushi in middle America, unless in a large city with an international airport.

Very disappointed, shrimp Ramen was so bland. There was only one waitress running both takeout and dine in so the service took a long time. Had crab Rangoon and the crab jalapeño roll and it actually was delicious. Won't be back to this one.

A hard working and friendly group. I had the lunch 3 rolls for 12.99. AM lot of sushi for that price. I enjoyed it very much.

Went here for dinner and the food was amazing. Got the ramen and a roll, which were both beautifully presented and cheap!The staff were all very friendly and nice! Would recommend
