The rentals in Goddard are sub standard. The finishes are cheap half done and poor quality. The duplexes wall is so poorly insulated that you can here people carry on a normal conversation like you are in the same room. Not to mention the sex antics as the master bedrooms share a wall. Not worth the 1200 they want and everyone moves out in a year or less. Never seen so many u hauls in my life. Run don't rent you will regret it. They are now in an HOA

These people are not only slum lords but they try to get you to rent their places with substandard appliances and other problems. They stole $600 deposit from me because I decided not to move into one of their places because they lied and show their property to look obe way with good appliances but that was not the case. I did not find out until after I gave rhem my money and signed a lease. BTW I never even got a copy of the lease! I told them the next day I did not want to rent their place because I needed a good stove and refrigerator especially because of sanitary conditions needed due to COVID. The woman stated she would ask the owner and then said no the owner did not agree!! When they are the owners!! Its sad that they can get away with stealing my money! And if you notice they have no address listed just a po box...that should be a red flag!

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!I leased a place in a quadruplex from Mogul Rentals Property Management at the Bluestem Apartments that ended up being cockroach infested. The owners refused to let me out of the lease for this unlivable apartment until I paid almost $2,000 for a place that only rented for $430 per month and I wasn't able to stay there for even 1 night! Luckily, I could afford to pay, but there are 3 other units in the quadruplex which may not be able to do so. Additionally, the owners of Bluestem Apartments will probably lease the same unit out again without addressing the issue to another unsuspecting person(s).

Atrocious property management. I absolutely do not recommend renting from Mogul because you will be treated as a burden, not a paying customer. I lived in the Bluestem Apartments, and for around 4 months during the heat, I had no air conditioning. It took them that long to address the issue, and with no form of compensation for dealing with a 90 degree apartment in the middle of the summer. Mogul does not care about their tenants. They feel it is much more of a burden to do their job and follow through with contractual obligations than it is such for their tenants to pay an arguably ridiculous rate for a very much less-than-stellar apartment unit. Heather specifically makes her tenants' lives miserable by supplying awful customer service practices and by sometimes just being plain rude to people who are paying customers and are keeping her business alive. The Mogul Rental managers do not and will not do anything to improve their properties except cheaply delegate their workload, sit back and count money orders, only to be greedy and take every cent they can out of their tenants' security deposit.
